  1. from burlington its near florence. Ahh...I've got family in southgate and fort thomas. Where is there to fish around there besides the river? im only 16 so i do most fishing from the bank..but we do have a bass boat and places around here that we can take it are places like kincaid, boltz, bullock pen but all of those are trolling motor only lakes sometimes we fish guist creek though. we fish in local club tournaments with owen county bassmasters.
  2. what color cranks do you all have most success with in muddy water this time a year??
  3. what kind of dye to you use? doesn't jj's magic make a chartruese dye? im not sure about jj's majic but with all the good talk on here about them they probably do.. i just use garlic scented SPIKE-IT it works just fine for me and you can dye alot of worms with it before you will ever run out also the garlic scent last forever on it i love it. they also have red dye too that may be worth a try.

  5. zoom finesse worms work well for me and i have also tried zoom trick worms which are not bad either..i like to dip the tail in some chartruese dye. i like to fish shakey heads the best around docks and on rocky banks.
  6. hey guys i live in northern kentucky and visit this site often i finally decided to make an account.
  7. hey guys i am fishing a local resivior tomorrow morning that is 92 acres.. the max depth is around 80 feet.. the average tempature for this time a year is around 85 degrees but the past three days have been in the low 70's with misty rain and clouds and 10- 20 mph winds out of the WNW. there are isolated cedar trees around the lake in a couple feet of water and some brushpiles scattered throughout the lake.. tomorrows forcast calls for sun and 83. water temps should be in low 80's. any tips?? thanks.
  8. there are plenty of clubs around the lexingtin area or kentucky in general.. i fish with owen county bassmasters and its fun.. if you go to kentucky department of fish and wildlife and go to tournaments look at tournaments at lakes around you and see what clubs fish them and click on it and it will have the contact information that you need.
