  1. Howdy guys, I'm new to this forum. I haven't read through the whole forum, but I have read through the beginning of it. I just wanted to share my recent fishing report. I was out on the big pond 3/8/14-3/11/14 and 3/13/14. I fished off the tip of millions point like Catt suggested, and I caught an 9lb bass. I was using a DD22. I also fished a small pocket with easy access to deep water in Indian mounds and was able to find some small bass up shallow. My buddy and I caught caught 8 bass out of this spot on weightless rigged senkos. The warm water temperature (63F on 3/18) must have driven the bass up shallow. These bass were not large, but none the less fun to catch. They didn't seem to be spawing, but they appeared to be in prespawn. I hope to read the rest of this forum and others to increase my structure fishing knowledge.
  2. I am thinking about taking a trip down to rayburn this saturday. But i was wondering with strong winds and the predicted colder weather comming through, will this effect the way the fish are biting. Would you use different bait? I would be comming down from the north so i was also wondering where the best spots to put in would be? Thanks, Taylor
