I picked up a Pfluger President spinning reel and BPS carbon lite rod combo from BPS for Christmas. Very smooth reel and the lightest rod I can afford! Might do some Smallmouth fishing.

Yes according to my wife... I am obsessed with fishing, that is all I think about and if I am not doing it then I am reading about it or watching videos of it! I also started late this is my first full year of fishing and I just cant wait to feel the tug on the end of the line!!

I love getting away from the everyday things, and going out on the lake in my canoe. Finding and catching the Bass is what keeps me going. There is a thrill every time I feel a tug on the line, the time flies by and the sun going down forces me to go back home, to plan the next trip.

Hey everyone! I just started fishing this summer, mostly at Percy Priest Lake. I am retired Army and work at the Postal Service as a Maint Mech. I just got a canoe last month and been out in it 4 times. I hope to learn alot from y'all so thanks in advance.
