  7. For the folks who use Fluorocarbon, do you fill the entire spool with FC or do you use a filler and top it off with 100 yards or so with FC?
  8. Yes indeed. Coudn't pass it up. That little bird like to cherp! LOL
  9. Suffix did a good job in marketing this product, claiming it's a sinking braid. It leads you to beleive that it sinks like a Flurocarbon. Sorry to say it may sink in time, but not like you are lead to think. IMHO
  10. Looking at getting a reel for jig fishing. Which would you pick, The Zillion is $75.00 more. Shimano Curado 7.1 Ratio Model 200ET Diawa Zillion 7.1 Ratio Andy
  11. Any reason you weren't using all FC?

  14. Honestly, I am not a big top water guy.
  15. Fluro tends to get a bit of a bad rap. If it's that bad why do the majority of pro's use it?
  16. For Baitcasters I used the Berkely spooling station, never had any issues with this. On spinning I also used the spooling station, but turn the bar that holds the spool 90 degrees so that the line comes off the face of the spool. Berkely in there instructions are clear on how to load a spinning reel, I made a call and was told to turn the bar 90 degrees. Yes, spooling by hand is easy. I usually walk the line out and stretch it a bit, little KVD and all set to go.
  17. The biggest issue with Vanish is the knot. In the booklet that comes with the line it specifically states,"Use a Trilene knot".
  18. This is what I am talking about: The instructions attached to the bottom of the unit are lacking and do not mention or illustrate that you can (and should) rotate the spool holder bracket 90 degrees so that your spool is facing sideways to your reel. They do not mention to flip the spool of line on the bracket if the line is coming off twisted instead of loading smoothly. I think that all fishing lines should come with instructions as to which way the line should come off the spool.
  19. When you use snaps on jerk baits or cranks, do you take off the the circle ring off the bait? AF
  20. Do you spool your spinning reels the same way you spool your baitcasters, or do you move the spooling bar so the line comes off the face of the filler line?
  21. Any information on the new Power Pro?
