  4. one bit of advice... it doesnt matter how new a boat is as long as it floats and serves a comforting purpose. im in the same boat as you are (no pun intended) and trackers seem about the cheapest, especially used
  5. hello everyone, i have a 12' lund v-hull that my dad an i use for trolling for trout and it works very well. this boat is as watertight as it is tough and i mean it. it is defineately not a flimsy jon boat. it is a little on the un-stable side though. just wondering if you guys have any ideas on how to make this boat a better set up for bass fishing. i tried having my minn kota on the front but it was more of a pain in the rear than anything. any advice or pictures of your v-hull setups will help. thanks LJ

  7. make sure to get some bass popper hooks and hard foam popper bodies. they work great for bass. and small foam critters slay the panfish
  8. a tight vise and kevlar thread. it's what i use for deer hair poppers. do as many wraps as you can with out differing the chape of the jig
  9. buzzbaits, homemade topwater plugs, topwater frogs, jitterbugs, maybe some jigs, maybe some plastics
