I try when I'm fishing shoreline edges.. but sometimes it's impossible to clean up all the mess people have left behind. The best way to do your part is to not litter in the first place. It gives all fishermen a bad name.
I love soft jerkbaits when you drop them next to cover and twitch them really quickly away.. the bass sees an easy meal and just has to eat it, whether he's hungry or not!
I'm from Port Dover ON Canada.. Right on Long Point Bay, the north shore of Lake Erie. I fish Lake Erie a lot and Lake Ontario isn't far away either, as well as many smaller lakes and rivers here in Canada. Lots of bass to be caught up here!
