name the top 3 teams this year, in order. This year is wacky, no one team really sticks out as being dominant, i think its the 1 Steelers, 2 Jets and 3 Pats. it just killed me inside to write a 1 and 2 next to the steelers and jets.

you had to know that sometime soon some team was gonna get burned by favre as his skills would drop dramatically. I guess we now know it's the vikings. Hopefully they sold enough tickets and jerseys to pay his $20 million salary.

I have read tons of bass fishing books, magazines and watched all the videos, and by far, I have found Bill Murphy's book to be the one that has helped the most. I don't stitch like he does, I don't have the patience, but the other stuff he talks (writes) about is invaluable to any bass angler.

Bill Murphy has a great book and in it he explains barometric pressure and it's effect on bass fishing, he dedicates a whole chapter to it. A great read by the way.

OHIO, thats exactly what happened to me.elbow was killing me, couldnt even fully extend it without a lot of pain.

Nashua, the bensons pond is accessible by just walking in? I live 5 minutes away and it would be a quick place for me to cast a couple off the shore.

I got a bad case of tendinitis earlier this year in my right elbow, and boy did it hurt. Couldn't bend my arm without pain, and this had never happened to me before. I toughed it out for a couple of weeks and hoped it would go away, but it didn't. i tried different things like icing and other methods but nothing worked for me. I ended up speaking with an old timer that frequents my store, and he had the same issue previously. He said that using free weights , light ones, and building up from there worked for him. I hit the gym at least 5 times a week and had been having trouble because of the elbow, so after I spoke with him I tried the light weights at the gym. I did bicep curls with 10lb weights to start, and it hurt, but after about a week and a half I worked it up to 15 and as of today I am back to normal. No pain, nothing! I can hit the gym without pain and fishing doesn't hurt me anymore. I also take a supplement called Zyflamend by a company called New Chapter, and it definitely helps also, helps to keep the inflammation down, as it works on my faulty hips also. I hope this helps at least one other person, good luck!

I think bass prefer baitfish, by far.

everybody has old lures they could care less about in their box, put one on, preferably with a treble hook, and cast it onto their carpet, then pull a couple of times. should give them a clue..

I saw faith no more at a tiny club in boston. I was standing 3 feet from them while they played, about 100 people total in the club.

I went to see the grateful dead in 1990 for half of their summer tour. Awesome shows, and the openers were great also. They had CSNY and Bruce Hornsby at different times.

mepps silver aglia #2 or #3 with a white squirrel hair tail. awesome lure, but be prepared to catch the pickerel. and as a side note its kinda cool how mepps still will buy squirrel tails from customers.

pats got him for a 4th round pick, got 3 great years from him, and then got a 3rd rounder for him. not bad.
