went to robinson pond saturday, so many boats towing skiiers it was like a parade. wanna go to long pond in danville, has anyone been there? is it worth the trip?

going to massebesic sunday morning, always have a tough time there, anybody have any areas they know of that produce? the place is so big its tough to get a bead on one place.

I have been fishing for over 25 years and have been hooked one time. I was in the back of the canoe with my brother fishing in the front, and I landed a 2lb largemouth. I went to lip him and he flipped and somehow the heddon torpedo became hooked in the back of my right hand, trebles under the tendons,other trebles still in his mouth. After a quick yel, my brother made his way to the back of the canoe and helped me unhook the fish, then proceeded to try and cut the hooks out, and when that didnt work he tried to slice my skin open to free the hooks.needless to say we ended up at the hospital where it took the doctor 20 minutes to dig them out.

has anyone tried the lucky craft real california swimbaits? I bought 2 of them and they have good action, but now I am reading that the joints are weak, anybody hear or know anything?

in regards to big island pond, if your fishing something like a canoe or small boat you can carry, i know of another access that is unlisted but is an actual state access, you just have to carry or drag your boat down a small set of stairs to the water, i use it all the time and its not a pain

yeah, Granite state rod and reel is great, he has some cool stuff and he is a great guy. he repaired a reel of mine while i waited and only charged me $5.

is otternic worth the trip? i tried going last year and the ramp was blocked. I usually go to cobbetts, canobie, massebesic,BIP,arlington, and on occasion robinson.

whats the difference between wide spool and standard spool? is it just line capacity? I'm looking to replace my patriarch with another and the wide spool are much pricier.

NHBASS, I can't do sunday, actually going out friday morning to cobbetts. Yes it is private, but as a resident I pay for a key that gives me access. Cobbetts is my favorite, no other place can match quantity and quality of bass, and I have been wide and far. If friday works for you let me know and we can work it so you can launch at the same time as us, if not maybe another day.

NHBASS, you said before that you go to island pond in pelham, where do you access?? I am in Windham and I go to cobbetts and canobie quite a bit, but when the ponds get busy I venture out of town.

The wife and I have only been to mill pond once, last year, and it was so choked with veggies that we could barely maneuver our boat around. Is it better now?

been hitting cobbets in windham for the last 3 weeks and catching some fatties. biggest one was 5.5. cant wait to hit mill pond and others.
