  1. Just a bit. Think northern L.A. county.
  2. Thanks everyone. Yes. Shore fishing. Nothing special really. Just keep an open mind and try different techniques. The lake helps too.
  3. Senkos catch fish. Fish get big. ;D
  4. Hello everyone. It's been a long time. After a brief break from fishing every free chance I got, I'm back at it. Here are a few good largemouth from earlier this month. Pictures are in order caught. All fish were caught on separate outings and were released after photo/weigh. Was a pretty good week. Enjoy! 8 pounds, 4 ounces on a Senko 8 pounds on a Huddleston Deluxe Weedless Trout 9 pounds on a Senko
  5. Great fish, Sinjin. Nice to see you back at it. I too have been hitting it up since a brief hiatus. Look out for some pics.
  6. Which lakes have you tried? Where are you located and how far are you willing to drive? A few that come to mind are Castaic upper and lower, Pyramid, and Puddingstone. There are also a number of city park lakes. This might help: http://fishingnetwork.net/index.php?pageid=sclakes
  7. Fish, AWESOME! I can't put it any other way! 8-)
  8. When you got it....YOU GOT IT! Keep after 'em dude!
  9. Awesome! Congrats on the PB's!! 8-)
  10. 8-) That's how you get 'em man!! Sick.
  11. Butch is the man! I've had the privilege of speaking with him a couple times at the lake. Great guy. He doesn't hesitate to share his wealth of knowledge. Did anyone notice that this was not a bed fish?
  12. Never. I need to hear my surroundings. I mostly bank fish at night in areas known for mountain lions. They are sneaky enough as it is so I need every advantage I can get. Plus, IMO, music would take away from the peacefulness of the outdoors.
  13. 11 on a spring scale.
