  13. I have a bag with 7 boxes, a small lunch bag that I put lunch, sun screen, keys, etc. PDF, 6 rods and rain gear if forecasted. I always ask what the plan is but that's for rigging the night before and then just go from there. Mike
  14. Well...My opinion is it's all in your thumb anyway, it shouldn't matter what reel you use for pitching. I have at least 2 brakes on every reel I have and 1 has 3, but when pitching I just loosen the cast control knob to get a free fall and then tighten back up if I decide to cast with it. The size, style or manufacturer doesn't matter. Mike
  15. Yep Winner stayed South. There's been 20+ bags coming out of there for months. Mike
  16. I have 6 that I use most often. 2 H/F...Frogs, C Rig and punching 4 MH/F for everything else. The action of each are different with different size reels and line which dictates what I use for what. Mike

  20. It's a wind knot Somtimes it'll come out if you pull hard enough sometimes it won't. If not I'd retie Mike
  21. Try Invizx, it's a good quality line that has as good a knot strength as most others. Its too stretchy for me to use for anything else but makes a good line for cranks.
  22. It would help if you told us where you plan to launch from. It's a big lake. Anyway... If you're going out of Clewiston come out of the lock turn right and head for So Bay. If Okeechobee or Okeetanie you can fish the river or go into the lake head 2:00 and fish the shoals. If Harney Pond, go into the lake, turn left and go about 1/4 mile and start there working your way north. If J&S I'd start at the lock and head south. Good Luck Mike
  23. Original Power Pro 30, 50, 65 and 80 all on baitcasters. (I don't use spinning gear) Mike
  24. I've used original Power Pro (30#, 50#,65# and 80#) for years and honestly I can't remember any of them bleeding as bad as you describe. I use KVD Line and Lure on everything which must help Mike
