Architects
I suggested to the other journeyman with me to do just that. Personally I would just as soon run a pipe from ceiling to box. Right dead wear he drew the plug. Turn around and nail him with a change order as soon as he decided to redo it. I've found once you hit them with enough change orders, they generally straighten their act up. Especially when change orders are costing them 300% per change.

Architects
Old one. The new ones I'm mulling over are heavy industrial. Pipe plants, steel mills, mines, paper mills, refineries, refractory's, etcetera. I have got two more interviews before I make my decision. One is for a company that does robotics and controls for automotive plants as well as light industrial jobs. Pays better than heavy, because of the knowledge it requires. Less strenuous too.

Me too.

Architects
Is no electrical engineer on this job. That's directly from the architects mouth. General contractor doesn't want to have to pay the money for one. So Mr. Know It All is doing it for him. I like electrical engineers. They make my life simple.

Architects
I have found a new hatred for architects. Yet again these know it all's make work beyond difficult. Examples just from the job I am on. Putting plugs and switches inside plate glass walls. I know it won't work, you know it won't work. So why even put it on the prints? Circuit numbers. You are not an electrician or even an electrical engineer. We balance our panel loads for a reason. Just because you want circuits 2,4,30 in the same room doesn't mean its gonna work that way. There is more that goes into it then just randomly assigning numbers. DO NOT argue with me about electrical theory. I'm an electrician you are an architect. I know how electricity works as well as the theory behind it. Just because a ceiling mounted flush beneath steel decking looks better than on that's lowered 2 inches does not mean its feasible. I have to run pipe or shielded cable through it. Just because it works on paper does not mean it works in the real world. Its not my fault you had the decking installed and concrete poured already. Panel clearance is for a reason. When I say I need three feet minimum clearance in front of a 110/208 panel does not mean you can build your wall 33 inches in front of said panel. Lastly. I am an industrial electrician. I'm not some romex ranger or wham bam speedy commercial electrician. I have installed and directed the install of equipment that cost 10 times what this entire project costs as well as the building it is sitting in. The last of which probably cost more than your firm makes in a 3 year period. Not multi thousand. Multi million, you suit wearing clown. I am proficient at electrical work, and not some green helper. DO NOT talk down to me. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

One Of The Joys Of Fishing
That's awesome. I would rather be there then stuck in this nightmare of a law office. I hate architects with a passion.

Who's Your All Time Favorite Guitarist Of Your Generation?
Seen Godsmack. Got called out by Sully during the show. He wanted the rest of the crowd to get as hype as me and the guy that was next to me. We were going insane. Also got all access and got to chill with them backstage

Need Recommendations On A Hand-Gun
Smith and Wesson .357 magnum. Mine shot .38s and .357 rounds. My at the time 95lb sister in law liked it a lot. The weight kept the recoil down when shooting .38 special rounds. You can buy them ported too. Which will also keep recoil down. You can find them used for around 450 to 500 bucks. Plus the size of the gun can intimidate as well. .22 mag would be a good round. No recoil and easy to handle. If she ain't looking for a carry gun. She would do best with a 20 gauge. Just rack it and go. Load it down with buckshot, point, click, boom, splatter.

Yes Or No To A Pse?
Since you already got one. Drop the 500 on a bare bow. Then piece the rest together as you go along. It gets you a quality setup and doesn't break the bank all at once. Or if your really savvy. Buy one used and keep what you want on it and replace what you don't.

Not to shabby Robin Hood. BTW. It don't count if your standing 10ft from the target.

Yes Or No To A Pse?
I shoot a PSE SS and love it. Ill probably buy another PSE after deer season this year. I want a dedicated pig set up. If your comfortable shooting it and like the way it feels. Then by all means get it.

Sports Loyalty....
Yup extreme die hard soccer and rugby fan. More so the soccer over the rugby. My NFL team may be bad. However, my Chelsea are one of the best teams in the world. So it kinda makes up for it. Plus the All Blacks rugby team are the best in the world. I'm the same way with my fantasy teams. I won't play any player that's playing against Oakland. I won't have any players on my team from any of the other AFC West teams either. Its a conflict of interest.

Sports Loyalty....
My dad played at Auburn on a football scholarship. Until they threw him out. I went to Auburn on a drinking scholarship and then they threw me out.Haley Center in Auburn is named for my wifes great grand father. He also sat on the board of trustees for many years down there. I don't think any of her family was thrown out from there though. My little sister is down there now, on a full ride academic scholarship. She is a National Merit Scholar and top 1 percentile in the country. She was excepted to Harvard, Princeton, and Yale. As well as most every other university in the nation. She passed on all those and chose Auburn instead. We are pretty sure they aren't gonna throw her out.

Sports Loyalty....
Upon further reflection I am that big of a die hard fan. As is my wife. To the extent that when we have a daughter we are naming her Chelsea in honor of the greatest football club to ever exist.

Sports Loyalty....
I dunno if you are or not. Me personally. I follow the Raiders and the Falcons. I will always cheer for the Raiders over the Falcons though. Just as I would NEVER cheer for the Ponies, the Chiefs, or the Chargers. College football. Its Auburn or whoever is playing Bama or LSU. Soccer. Its Chelsea Football Club, and only Chelsea Football Club. Man U, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal, and Man City are a bunch of nancy boys. I will forgo watching my beloved Raiders play to watch Chelsea play.

Who Was The Best Running Back
Earl Campbell was a flat out beast. Bo was a dang animal though. At least as far as running the ball goes. I think athletic ability goes to Bo. I think shear ferocity goes to Earl. I mean Earl would throw you or run you over if you got in front of him. Bo would run you over, then turn on the after burner and leave ya in the dust.

Who's On Instagram?
What in the world is instagram? Sounds like some kind of scale you would use for weighing cola.

Who Was The Best Running Back
Which running back was best. Bo Jackson or Earl Campbell? Both were straight up beast and both had some awesome runs and plays. So who do you think was best?

Really Ncaa?!?!
Tell me about it. All the fun is being removed from the game. Heaven forbid you ear hole a ball carrier in today's game. The league would crucify you for that now.
-
Quirks
I carry my cash in rolls. I hate having a fat wallet. So I just roll them and go.

Really Ncaa?!?!
The heck is wrong with the NCAA. Nix bumped a receiver trying to catch a ball and got flagged and tried to throw him out of the game to boot. He bumped into for crying out loud! There was nothing vicious about that! I am so d**n sick of this. This is beyond ridiculous. I want the 70's style of play brought back. If I wanted ro watch two hand touch I would go to the retirement home and watch them play!
