  1. Im generally a fan of strong coffee. Black with no cream, sugar, or other added stuff. Well I have succeeded in making what I think is the worlds strongest, heavily caffeinated coffee. Espresso cant even touch my creation. Directions. Brew a pot of coffee. Pour pot of coffee into coffee maker and brew a second time. Make cup and enjoy. My hands are trembling a little bit from this creation.
  2. I walked around in ripped up jeans that were baggy, combat boots, sleeveless shirts, spikes and chains. I looked like a cross between a biker, a punk, and a hobo. My hair was either short and dyed some wierd color, long and braided, or shaved and mohawked. I had my ears pierced 7 rings and a 2 hole industrial in both ears, my lip pierced three times, my chest pierced, and seven rings through my naval. My goatee was between 6 to 12 inches long. Usually worn in 2 braids. I had extensions put in it for about 2 weeks that made it 36 inches long, and died it green. All of that was until I was thrown out of college. Up until my son was born I wore boots and braces, regular fitting jeans cuffed at the top. Shirts emblazoned with skulls, skeleton, or whatever metal band I currently liked. I kept my head shaved and goatee between 4 to 6 inches. Since my son was born I generally wear work out type clothes. And sleeveless shirts. Regardless of outside temperature. My head is shaved and my goatee is between 2 inches to 4 inches in length. I wear a 14 guage ring in each ear. And have a couple tattoos. My shirts are Under Armour or Adidas, or Raiders, Auburn or Chelsea FC related. I think Ive calmed down a lot. As for modern kids. Im not really concerned. I looked like a multicolored can opener. I cant judge them if they want to look like women. Im just hoping the look like women fad is done by the time my 4yr old son is old enough to enough to rebel.

  7. Yet no one has mentioned head cheese yet. Im also goin to go out on a limb and guess most of yall dont eat chitlins either. I tell you what chitlins with sone corn bread, black eyed peas, collards, okra, and some sweet tea. Is a meal made in heaven. Traveler, just think of them as sausage without the inside.

  9. Dude I have been ravenous these last two weeks. I eat eat eat and am losing fat all the while. Its insane the changes I have made with my diet. Now when I start my cut, my diet is WAY different. Its actually very much like Fish Chris'. Only tweaked a little

Breakfast: 9 hard boiled eggs and 4 pieces of wheat toast. 16ozs grapefruit juice. 32 ozs water. 9AM Snack: Double protein shake and 1 banana. 20 ozs water Lunch: 6 chicken breast with Bar BQ sauce, 5 pieces of wheat bread, 32 ozs of water. 3PM snack: 4 hard boiled eggs, 1 banana, and 20 ozs of water. Dinner: 3 salmon burgers; on wheat rolls with lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Stewed okra and tomatoes, black eyed peas, and steamed corn. Plus 32 ozs of water.
  12. I have now been singing this song all weekend. My wife is ready to kill me over this song. She says it has driven her completely out of her f ing tree. Thank you Sir.
  13. Nothing wrong with being called that. Ive been called that and worse for many many years. If you speak german to them, they usually shut up and go away.
  14. My barber died a year back. He was one of the few guys that would still straigt razor shave you. He would do your face and head for five bucks. Havent been able fo find another one. So now I either do it myself (Gillette pro glide). Or get my wife to do it (straight razor). I can get my face, top of my head, and sides of my head with the straight razor but can not get the back of my head with it. Thats where wifey comes into play. It took a while to teach her how to use one too. Best teaching job I ever did.
  15. Do time on equals time off. Youll get better results and wont build up a tolerance to it. It shouldnt require any maintenance supplements because its non hormonal. If you start getting ANY form of side effects when you get off of it, msg me and ill get you some stuff to fix that.
  16. Im bulking on the cheap. One of my old high school friends opened a supplement store. So im trying the stuff he sales. Plus I get money off and free stuff. I might start back on the alpha on my next bulk. If you hit a plateau with the alpha, or wanna triple its affect stack it with daa. That stuff is insane when stacked with other test boosters

  18. Ozzy said the world isnt ending. So I figure if the Prince of Darkness, says it, it must be true. Me I will be fishing with my son. Then taking him to my mums house. And my wife and are going to dinner and then doing something else until the blessed occasion arrives.

  20. Thanks guys. I still got a ways to go. Im hoping to get to about 240 or 230 weight wise. Least that is the plan for right now. I get a body comp done when I have my physical in two weeks time so I can get a better idea of where I want to be muscle wise with body fat percentage. I really and truely had forgotten how much I love going to the gym. Its therapeutic to me and hitting the sauna afterwards is the most relaxing thing in the world.
  21. I was off work today so here goes. Breakfast: 8 hard boiled eggs and half pound of bacon. 16 Ozs. Orange juice mixed with grapefruit juice. 24 ozs of water. Gym 9AM snack: protein shake, two slices of whole grain wheat bread, 1 banana. Lunch: 4 hot dogs and large fries from sneaky petes. 3PM snack: protein shake and two slices of whole grain wheat bread. Gym Dinner: 16oz Strip steak, 2 baked potato's (loaded), black eyed peas, collar greens, broccoli, five chunks of garlic bread, and sauteed onions and mushrooms. I love bulking cycles!!!!!!!! I get to eat like this every single day! Only I generally only go to the gym onfe a day because of work.
  22. So when I started hitting the gym 8 weeks ago I was weighing in at 315. I am currently 268. Ive cut all soft drinks and most sugars out of my diet completely. Othrrwise Im still eating the same as before with the exception of a TON more protein. Ill start dieting on my cut in four weeks time. In which case i should drop around 25 to 30 lbs. At least in theory. Muscle mass has increased slowly up until the last 2 weeks when it all out exploded. Fat loss has been up and down mostly up. My definition has improved as well as my already stellar flexibility. My upper body size has improved as well. Legs have gotten stronger and much more powerful. Im loving the mess out of this. Im starting to look and feel so much better. Supplements. Im currently taking D-Aspartic Acid stacked with Vitrix to increase test production and cut fat. Cre a core as a pre and post work out. And A-AKG powder to get that amazing nitric oxide pump that I love so much. As well as a double serving of protein powder every morning. Smoking. Ive been so busy between work, family, and gym that I javent really had time to even do it. I enjoyed it, but im enjoying not doing it even more. Funny how that works isnt it? Well until next time.
