I used Columbia Omni Heat boots. Warm enough cor the cold cool enough for the spring and late fall. Late spring, summer, and early fall I wear Merrill hiking boots low cut. Waterproof and surprisingly breathable.

I watched those games. I was pulling for Notre Dame and LSU. As well as watched Auburns last NC game. It freaking stinks. I feel for us residents in the Greatest State in the Union. It is quite rotten to have to deal with this year after year. Our state building a football dynasty.

They are playing the NC game at 730 central time. That makes so much sense. Lets play the game at a time when both the fan bases will have to stay up until midnight or one AM to see how the game ends. Stupid NCAA. Looks like I get to watch the first quarter, go to bed, and read about it Wednesday morning. Gotta be awake at 4 AM for work. Thanks NCAA for ******* this up for me.

We started the pre outage work the week before Thanksgiving. Its been over a month and I am still in awe of this place. It is honestly Massive. Two enormous cooling towers. Four stacks for the four boilers. I know the boilers go from the 7th floor to the 13th floor. Each floor is between 15 and 20 feet tall. It is insane. Apparently once the two boilers the are being resurfaced go off line. We get to run temporary lighting inside them for the boiler makers to see by. Im excited as a kid in a candy store about this place.

Play around with different operating systems. ios and android are not the only two systems out there. Also its sometimes nice to run an older veraion of an operating system. Plus it is easier to tweak android then it is ios. Removing bloatware and unwanted programs. Various other little things. Now if I could get my hands on another iphone. Jailbreak it and install android I would be all about that. I dont need a phone manufacture telling me what I can and can't do with a device I purchased from them. Once I have purchased said device I should be able to uninstall any and everything I dont want on said device. Thats my major beef with Apple. Aside from the tiny little screens. Not all of us have dainty little hands.

Its a steam power plant. Supposed to be the largest coal power plant in the south or something like that. Place is freaking enormous. I wish it was the beer vat. It would probably smell better.

Cons. Its an Apple product. The screen is tiny. PIA to change operating systems on it. Pros. Everyone and their dog sells accessories for them.

Finally the outage has started! Alternating 5 10s and 6 10s to start with. More over time will be coming in a month or two! What an awesome way to start a new year! Making that money. Saving for a house, possibly saving for a van, and saving for the one month vacation I'm taking when the baby is born. I figure once I finish this hundred days I will take a short call through out June. Then get my lay off and hang out at home for July and August. Least that's the plan as of now. I know we got work for 5000 electricians in the Midwest starting in June. So hopefully I can catch the tail end of that in August.

My phone has decided its spelled possom. Which is odd. Cause it was spelling it opossum a little while ago. I'm too lazy to correct the stupid thing right now. Apparently the new android update added auto correct and auto substitution. Its quite the pain in the arse.

Ain't never had Southern scrapple before. If its anything like Yankee scrapple you can keep it. I just know when I had it in Michigan, it tasted horrible. Like I said it ranked up there with stewed possum. Now fried possum and baked possom ain't bad. Now if you would like to make me some scrapple I might give it a second chance. Until then. Yuckkkk!
