Frogging was on at Lake Okeechobee today as well.

I saw a lot of beds yesterday in the fingers. But no body home. Saw fish crusing the banks they just were not eating.

I haven't seen anything written lately on the lake. With the cooler weather with us I wonder how the fishing is. With the higher water levels I would assume one could go just about anywhere.

Well I hate following someone but it might come to that just to get out there. But would hate to have someone think I was taking their honey hole. So if you see a guy with a yellow black and white triton that would be me. Bob

Had to play hooky yesterday from work in the morning and went back out. Fishing still really good. It's still on. Bob

Fishing was nothing less than fantastic today..Good numbers of bigger fish 3 to 5 pounders. Plenty of nice chunks. Top water, worms. Bob

Thats what usually happens to me on the rim ditch. Never fails one of those huge sport fish boats running wide open puts water over the bow on my boat soaking rods reels and me. At least 3.5 ft waves. Nothing you can about it. And what gets me is the guy just looks at you like oh well.

I fished Saturday and Sunday. The area on the alley I fished on Saturday I could have easily weighed in 15 pounds. Sunday same spot had a hard time weighing in 6 pounds. I thought something with the ph might have shut them down Bob

Don't know about the cut..Water is getting shallow on the lake right now. Check on line about the license. Bob

Well could not get a good bite going. Should have went to the alley. Water temp today 65 degrees. Could not understand why it was so tough.

Spend 3/4's on a great reel and 1/4 on your rod. Cheaper to upgrade the rod later..Good reels well taken care of last forever.. JMHO
