  2. B-Dozer the link = Priceless!
  3. yeah i dont either now, i found a nice way to apply megastrike on a jig for the night before grab a small ziplock bag like a 3"by3" and pit a little megatsrike in the bottom and then put the jig in then a little more megastrike on top and mush it around gets a nice coating and doesnt make your hand smell lol
  4. Went to a new pond(no joke was only about 2 feet deep) and was sight fishing and saw a bass trying to hunt the little pan fish but wasn't getting any, tossed my jig right near them and he looked at it i moved it a little and he grabbed the claw of the zoom chunk and dropped it, there i put a little megastrike on the chunk be grabbed it again and didn't let go. megastrike going on all my jigs now.
  5. I was wondering is it just me, or after i have got snagged on a log(or w/e) and the hook has been bent straight out do you retie you knot or just keep fishing and not think twice about it? i always retie, didn't know if it was just a confidence booster or do a lot of people retie as well?
  6. jigs/plastics-direct cranks-snaps spinners-snap + swivel(clamp down the snap a little and it help from opening up)

  8. Go to dicks i just went there today they have all the dick's(booyah) spinner baits for like $4 every color and size you can think. spinner baits are my favorite lure i have almost every color and size. the walmart ones do start to rust quickly i just one last year for one day and looked at it a few weeks late and it was all rusted all my other ones were prefect(but for a $1 you cant really complain)
  9. ok thanks guys yeah it is deff getting hit with some kvd spray, good thing i dont have a cork handle lol
  10. i was looking into putting some red power pro on my revo sx/vendetta(mostly because i think it would look good ), is there any major disadvantages to using red braid compared to green which i have on now, would put a leader fluro leader on with it. just wanted to know if anyone had and major problems with red line. thanks
  11. Your taking a trip to a new lake that is about 3 acres in size, water temps between 55-70 degrees, slightly stained, max depth is only 6-9 feet in the middle of the lake, and the trick ypur fishing from shore and can only bring 1 rod/reel, and 3 baits(plus terminal tackle if needed). what would you bring? I would bring 1/2 oz spinner bait(white) Rage toad(watermelon/red flake w/ a Tru-tungsten 4/0 frog hook) Norman fat boy(jelly bean) or a 1.5 KVD square bill(Grizzle shad) your turn!

  15. thanks for the help guys i wasn't that worried about the weight it was just one of the questions i was thinking about thank for the answers guys.
  16. This may be a stupid question but when companies say a lure weights 1/2 oz or w/e is it the weight of the whole lure or just the base w/o and hooks or o rings on it, and for spinners/jigs is it just the head weight or everything like the hook and all? thanks for the help.
  17. try the booyah pond magic spinner bait(about $3 at walmart) i love they there small enough to get some 1 pounders bass to have some fun and also small enough that the big guys cant resist a nice easy meal caught plenty of 1-3 pounders and also my record 5.2 pounder on them. try the white one first

  21. I set up my new revo sx-hs with a 6'9" vendetta, and since the lake was defrosted i decided to try it out. its spooled with about 25 yards of mono(8#) and the rest 30# power pro, it seems to be digging in on itself and it snapped once already, my question is should i move up to 40# or 50# power pro? or any other suggestion? thanks for the help
