Wiley X Rout Series Sunglasses Input
I do not own that particular style but I have several other pairs of Wiley X glasses and they are all great glasses. The fit of the frames on each pair is excellent. I have a pair of the WX Echo (which also has the removable gasket) with the Polarized Emerald lenses and they are pretty sweet. I really like that lense color. If you have a question about another style let me know. Not sure if you have seen all of the tests that Wiley X glasses have to go through or not but these glasses are built to last.

Now I Feel Old
I just sorted the members list by signup date and noticed that only 15 people have been here longer than me (including Glenn). A lot of the ones that joined before me don't seem to be active anymore. If you had seen the forums back then, you would be full of amazement, like I am, at the growth and transformation of this website. Glenn has created an information goldmine here.

Best Spring Bass Lures
Sorry it took me a few days to respond. I leave the skirts on and just add the Swim Senko as a trailer. I don't have a picture of the combo but here is a picture of my Siebert Outdoors Bloody Shad Swim Jig with a Swim Senko on it for a trailer. You can see what it looks like without the blade on the bait.

How Much Have U Learned From Bassresource.com
I have been a member here for around 10 years and while I can't recall specifics, I know I have learned a great deal of things here. The members have almost all been great (there have been a handful of complete jackholes over the years but Glenn usually boots them after giving them a chance to fix their stupid ways) and there are some that have been here as long as I have been. Even old Glenn is better than kick in the head most of the time. lol I think if you (people in general) just stay open minded and listen to everyone's opinions and use what you want and ignore what you don't like, you can really increase your skill level as an angler. There are some really good folks on here and I consider them all my friends (yes even you Roadwarrior). lol

Here are the 3 that have done me the best so far this spring. 1/2 ounce Bloody Shad Swim jig from Siebert Outdoors. Chatterbait with a 4" Yamamoto Swim Senko trailer. 1 ounce Siebert Outdoors Elite jig in the new 313 color with a Yamamoto Fat Baby Craw trailer.

Best Bass Attractant?
Alright I just found something I wanted to share with you guys. Sometimes I google different word variations just to see what pops up. Here is a post I found on some website from a long time ago. (Look at the date stamp). So yes, I am a long time user of that mad scientists products. lol I would have to agree on this one from JT Bagwell (12.217.81.112) 4/11/2003 1:11:00 PM Hello, My name is JT and I am a MegaStrikeAholic. I too am a MegaStrike junkie. The stuff works great and stays on your bait for a very long time. It can last days under the right temperatures. I did a little test in my fish tank at home. With a 68 degree water temperature, MegaStrike stayed on my jig for 4 days. I had the jig placed under the little waterfall thing in the tank so it constantly had water running over it as opposed to just sitting in dead water. Ok enough talking me, and my Megastrike tube are heading for the river. JT Bagwell Well that just proves it, I have been crazy for at least 10 years.

For Those Who Didn't Know
If I had only choose 1 weight it would be 1/2 ounce. But they are like everything else, they come in all kinds of different weights. I am sure there are people that prefer all the difference sizes but if I could only have one it would be 1/2 ounce. Madperry - They come in several colors and they work. This is just a color that works really well.

For Those Who Didn't Know
The fish were loving it the other day when I was out that's for sure. Btw: That is a 4" Swim Senko I used as a trailer, not a 5" in case anyone was wondering.

A Jiging Question.
You could also try a 7" Texas rigged Yamamoto Senko. The reason I suggest Texas rigging it vs Whacky rigging it is because the Whacky rig (even with a weed guard) it way more likely to grab a hold of grass and the slime. I also prefer the 7" Senko vs the 5" Senko because the big fish love it. The small guys will still eat it but the Bluegills don't mess with it much.

Best Bass Attractant?
I have been using Megastrike for several years (used to be friends with Bobby but he doesn't talk to me anymore, probably because I am cuter than him, not that that is saying much lol) and it works great. Just don't squeeze to hard if you leave it laying out in the sun. I will usually toss a tube in my boat's cooler on hot days. The posts about the tube splitting are interesting to me because I have never had that happen in the 8 or 9 years I have been using it. Of course there are always product defects in everything we buy.

For Those Who Didn't Know
For those of you that didn't know, I recently teamed with Siebert Outdoors. Here is one of the first jigs that they have made for me. It is called the Bloody Shad Swim Jig. (Silver/White with Red) It is not available on their site yet but I am sure it will be soon and you can probably shoot them an email or a message on here to get your orders in early. Here is what it looks like laying on the deck of my boat with a Yamamoto Swim Senko trailer. I can tell you that it works great and comes through weeds/grass really well too. For those not familar with a Swim Jig, I fish them very much like a crankbait but they don't get hung up as often.

This Would Probably Make Me Wet Myself.
lol Yeah I meant I would do all of that stuff and wet myself to top it off.

This Would Probably Make Me Wet Myself.
Sorry if there is posting of this on here somewhere (didn't see it if there is) but it is so cool I wanted to share it. A guy hooks a nice double on an Alabama rig. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/flash-mob-jr-5313.html

What Is Going On Here?
It might be better in other areas but I have put in at the ramp in Geneseo a few times and I was not even a little impressed. Most areas were less than 3' deep. I saw tons and tons of little Bass but that was about it.
-
What Is Going On Here?
I have only lived in Geneseo a little over a year but I have fished the canal a few times. So far I have not been all that impressed. It is super shallow and it stinks. A lot people say there are nice fish in it but so far the biggest I have caught is 3 lbs and that was the first one I ever caught there. Where do you live?

No Confidence In The Chatterbait, Help!
I use a variation of the chatterbait a lot. The first thing I do is put a 4" Yamamoto Swim Senko on it for a trailer. In clear/clean water I use White. In stained/dirty water I use Purple/Orange or Black/Blue. I fish them like a crankbait and usually reel fairly quickly. I was cranking it along pretty fast a few weeks ago in 45 degree water and the Bass still hit it pretty good. One key detail is putting the bait in the strike zone. You can't be 20' away from the laydown and expect to pull fish off of it with any consistency. I have fished with several people throwing the same bait I was throwing but they couldn't cast as well and barely got bit. I was going to post a picture of a nice one I got last year on this combination but I keep getting an error about the extension not being allowed here. I can see the picture in my message box but I can't post it.

What Did You Buy Today!?
I bought the Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer series from Beach Body. I am almost done with Insanity so I wanted a shorter workout series to do during the summer months.
