  1. Which curado is it? Shouldnt make a difference if its right or left.
  2. My goto bait in the spring
  3. Couldnt even tell you.. I've lost count
  4. Your gonna get different opinions. I personally like shimano but thats my taste in tackle and I've had both. The Curado E is an excellent reel that can be had for a good price used.
  5. I personally like the pad crasher better than spro or koppers. It walks easily and is super soft for great hookup ratio. I havent had near the hookup issues with pad crashers versus the others. Yes it may not last as long as the others but they are easy on the wallet especially when you find them on sale. Academy has some on sale now
  6. Amount of daylight puts them in place , water temp will get it started. Some spawn earlier than others. They all dont spawn at the same time, its just natures way of ensuring survival of the species. Things could happen like a cold snap or water drawn down that could kill off many young or eggs. If they all spawned at the same time, a complete year class could be lost.
  7. Thanks guys! I was pretty tore up after landing that beast of a largemouth, it took a little bit to settle down lol.. For those who were wondering, she was released to hopefully produce many more magnum largemouth for me!
  8. Decided to take off work a little early yesterday and try to get on the lake after running some errands and I'm glad I did. Caught this girl in about 15 ft of water of the end of a tree top on an alabama rig. She weighed right in at 9 lbs. This has been a great year so far as far as quality fish.
  9. Broke my PB today as well.. awesome feeling isn't it?
  10. My goto frog.. super soft and easy to walk. Great hookup ratio as well. Ive tried koppers live target, spro, scum, Mann's ect and this is the one I prefer.
  11. I fish the pirahna swim jigs and they are top notch. Really like them.
  12. With the spawn coming up, Lets hear what your favorite bed fishing baits are!
  13. I have asked a similar question on another bass fishing forum and the majority of people say 580G Green Mirror is what you want for bass fishing. Im about to order a pair of the tuna alley frames myself.
  14. There just spare brakes incase you somehow lose the others or something is wrong with it. Never once had to use them.
  15. Im drooling over here... very nice
  16. Jigs, tubes, big grubs, cranks
  17. Booyah padcrasher and Stanley Ribbit
  18. The reason I was surprised was because I emailed Shimano last week to ask about what the drag was rated for since it was not posted online and they replied with 11 lbs. So it looks like its rating a little more which is great.
  19. http://www.tackletour.com/previewshimanocuradoilab.html Tackle Tour published an in depth look at the Curado I. I was pretty surprised with the drag test at 15.4 lbs.
  20. What kind of oil does everyone like to use on the bearings?
