  1. If she wants to fish, don't let her go
  2. Dominance is with two actions, the cast and the retrieve
  3. There's not enough of us to justify the production
  4. Depend what your shallow means, there's wake (surface), ones that goes down at least a foot, and plenty in the 1-5ft range. All classify as shallow.
  5. Looks like someone took care of it, may it bring you joy and more fish
  6. Are you sure the recirc pumps worked, or you could just hear them both turn on?
  7. We have the 7' MHM, excellent rod for the price. The MH's are on the money for what you want. The medium would be too wimpy
  8. Though of some more You bought matching truck and boat trailer rims. You pierced your daughters ears with a 2/0 worm hook. You named a pet after your favorite lure. You have bluegill or perch in the family fish tank. You have a skin mouth right next to the wedding photos. You find a way to bring up your personal best in every conversation. You have a spare rod combo in your wife's car. You bought a house in a bad neighborhood, poor school system, and far away from work just so you're closer to the lake. Your favorite dance is The Worm. You have reel grease stains on your couch. You thought about eating pork trailers. On a recent trip to court you corrected the judge that you set the hook instead of setting the bail.
  9. Where's the proof? You can't definitively prove it based in what people say and what you seen a photo. Even most digital photos aren't admissible in court cause you can photoshop them. I'm sure everyone has heard at least one story about a guy catching a bigger fish in an area where he actually caught it somewhere else, it goes with boasting. You've reported it, the least they can do is go out and babysit the area and keep and eye out for him, it's usually the case.
  10. I haven't had a problem with the sahara bail, the sienna on the other hand will close if thrown too hard
  11. When you think about it, the boaters have to same problem with pwc's. if you're that bored you can google how many bass boaters complain the same as you did about sea doos flying around like gnats.. It all rolls downhill
  12. Vanish. Your lures will "vanish", called that for a reason.
  13. You have to mark your territory every way you can.
  14. It's all in the boaters handbook. If you are a boater it's your obligation to ride up onto a shore-bounder
  15. When you break a leg on a chair and fix it with a stack of old bps catalogs
  16. Topwaters. Spook type baits, frogs, jitter bugs
  17. Braid and spincasters aren't a good idea
  18. Welcome aboard! and don't get shocked too much
  19. It's a nice reel too, it is bulkier and a bit heavier. What you can do is try them both with the microlite rod in-store and see what balances out better for you. My preference is more of comfort and would go a longer way than saving $30.
  20. Same body's throw the same distance from what I experience. Which is still a poor distance with balsa
  21. Public restrooms are much cleaner than your own kitchen. Worst is your tv remote and phone.
  22. Go with the 1000, it is good enough to have 110 yards of 6lb line and 140 yards of 4lb, plenty of line capacity
  23. I use a 7' ultralight moderate action rod, it's has a much better reaction for the smallest fish which makes them feel a lot bigger. 1/32-64 bright jig head with 1"-2" dark grubs are my go to. Also tie on flies. I use 4lb to 6lb mono/copoly line
  24. I use both because my grip is horrible
