Hate to say it but, it looks more like a 4-5lb. seeing you put 21" and it's belly size adds to the conclusion. Nonetheless great catch and still a rarer achievement.

Too small for my needs. Just make sure it's big enough for you and whatever gear you use and big enough for the water you are going to run it on.

Well that's not a description to even say what it was, but perhaps a dying fish. Who knows what it was doing there, someone could've threw it or a bird of prey dropped it.. too many scenarios to be sure
