E series chronarch and curado are close to the same thing, which downgraded the chronarch. Curado redesign to the G series in response to Lews getting more customers with speed spool models. The $100 added prices for JDM reels to US retailers. Their customer service can't decide either to warranty their reels for parts by sending you parts or having you ship it to them, and that goes for the same parts. Shimbindo fiasco that still occurs. Their denial of septon knobs getting sticky. To name a few.. Their service/responses/pricing at times is just off, doesn't make them bad of a company. But I won't derail any further
