  1. Mine experience was on a shimano citica so it may be different than your revo, although my revo S was fine after about a month of having reel grips
  2. I could be wrong but I think that signifies that there are two colors in that one bait, like a laminate wether they still use salt I'm not sure.
  3. They come out after like a month or so maybe quicker if you use them more.
  4. That's a good deal the used ones go for 135-140 in the flea market. The chronarch sells for 200 new and is just a white version if it. Buy it, you won't regret it.
  5. How exactly did you do this? Pictures?
  6. Now you just have to match your cranks to its color
  7. My dad uses it it's pretty much white braid slightly translucent I wouldn't switch if I were you
  8. The line shouldn't be completely slack if it is then you won't feel a thing. The way I keep in contact is I cast and wait for the bait to sink once the bait hits the water I raise my rod tip up and lower it according to the speed the bait is falling at. That way there's enough slack to fall almost straight down, but there's also not too much so I can feel the bite. Long story short never have a completely slack line
  9. For that price I'd go with the 7'6" medium heavy veritas they feel like a heavy powered rod though
  10. Just thought I'd voice my opinion on this I have had a curado 50E for about two years now and just recently got a curado 200g7 besides the frame knobs and obvious size I don't see much of a difference I feel like they made the reel cheaper on purpose so that it's more affordable I don't feel like these were downgrades to the performance even though the handle on the G7 feels weaker almost like plastic which bothers me but performance feels close of not the same just my 2 cents
  11. I had a good laugh at that one lol
  12. Are these higher prices because of an upgrade?
  13. I used to use them Texas rigged they worked well for me
  14. Figured I would update this I took the reel apart I cleaned out the oil and grease and lightly lubed it up again still no improvement next ill try flushing the bearings if not ill be contacting lews also I realized the breaks are suddenly engaging on the cast not the hook set I think the spool is getting a sudden jerk with the heavy weights that I'm throwing it with
  15. I've been wanting to try a villain. I have 3 veritas and prefer them over my LTB's. Something about that stiff taper really is pleaseant to me...
  16. He will do just fine I just prefer the crisp feel and not having to jerk the rod everytime I'm In grass or something.
  17. It will be a good set up if it were me I would have gotten a longer rod plus the shimanos have pretty soft tips but then again I love having the most power I can get in a rod remember to slow down it's very slow but rewarding technique.
  18. Will do cp
  19. First time I've won anything in my life thanks guys!!!!
  20. I can't use any centrifugal breaks or else the spool just doesn't gain the speeds to cast with any kind of distance but when I set the hook hard one break ends up going on
  21. If it's meant for fishing through cover I'm in lol
  22. Thanks that was really good video
  23. When would you use the jika rig?
