  1. I think you can do better for 800 atleast in my area you can
  2. I have that rod I use it for swim jigs spinnerbaits and chatter baits but it can be used for basically any single hook lure its very versatile
  3. BPS spring classic would be a good bet for rods and reels if you have some cheap ones to trade in
  4. What's the advantage to the trolling motor being in the front?
  5. You may want to step it up to a heavy too I'm glad I did with my m1
  6. It's the weight if the center of the bait pulling it down and then the sides rebound and bounce back. The ribs don't have anything to do with it it's the weight and the softness. If its too soft it won't be able to rebound enough to wobble. If its too stiff it won't have enough energy for it to bend in the first place.
  7. If I weren't saving up for a truck I'd have bought more already
  8. I would look at the basstender 10.2 instead they can be found in good condition for 500-700 with a trailer check your local Craigslist. For what it's worth I have a Coleman perch which is almost the same as the sportsman and it can only fit about 4 rods and two tackle boxes with two people.
  9. I had one but recently sold it the livewell can not hold 5 fish maybe two if its an electric only lake this would be great for a tournament it comes with rod holders and has a large deck for this kind of boat it has two storage compartments as for price and trailers there's one in my area for 1200 with trailer on Craigslist
  10. Just got my M1 and fished it briefly its a very nice rod and I the lighter I own it definantly performs above its price tag
  11. I take chemistry roght now Bassr95 has it right
  12. Let me know which one you like more and why sarcazmo
  13. I decided to get the 7'2 heavy m1 they didn't have any medium heavys so I hope it still works well for what I'm trying to do with it
  14. Im trying to use Jigs Texas rigs and Carolina rigs with a lews tournament pro or chronarch 50e
  15. I'm going to be ordering one of these for Black Friday and I'm just not sure which one I should I get. What are the differences in the two? Also how do they fish with their ratings I was looking into getting a 7'2" heavy hoping its power would be like my MH veritas am I right in doing this?
  16. I wouldn't worry about matching it looks cool but you could be missing out on better deals by matching products and for the skeet Reese rods and reels I don't care for them
  17. I know it's going to he another 6 weeks or so until it becomes winter where I live but have been wondering this question it seems to be more effective to fish fast in windy weather and slow in cold water but what about when the water is cold with strong winds?
  18. How did you build all of that how much did it cost and how much weight did it add
  19. I think they are different years I also have both and I think thats it but i could be wrong.
  20. I'm going to to out today and bring just both of my LTB's and see if I can give them a better chance to impress me thanks for the help all
  21. Glad im not the only one thought I was going to take some serious bashing for that comment
  22. I have the 7' mhxf it seems a bit unbalanced to me I'd trade to the IMX 6'6 mh or 7' heavy
  23. I have the opportunity to trade one of my two ltb's that aren't bad rods but don't impress me too much for an IMX what are your opinions on it?
  24. There is another thread just for bass raiders there a lot of ideas for customizing in it too
