Just got mine so I can't say durability but It's built with quality components and should last but the thing that clicks in the spoil tension I think is Plastic to make the clicks not sure though

I cant get the curado 50e to cast 1/4 oz texas rigs with an ol'monster worm like the citica does I know the 50 sized reels have a lighter spool and are better suited for smaller baits but i like the weight and profile of the curado does anyone else not get the same casting distance withe the 50 sized spools.

Im in the market for a new cranking reel and have narrowed it down to a shimano curado 200 E5, lews speed spool, lews tournament speed spool or, lews tournament MG I would probably get the curado for 130 and everything else will be normal priced I was also thinking about getting two speed spools instead of a more expensive reel and I just need some opinions.

renfrew will be fine go with the white imo it will work better

hockey tape depending on the brand will actually seperate the sticky part from the cloth on a smooth surface so if you have a split grip it will stick and after awhile it can be hard to get off if you want a lot of grip use black it will become very sticky white will be a better option it wont leave that sticky residue on your hands i would recomend red or yellow they are thinner and dont stick too much on your hands camo will also do this its up to you I know from the life of a hockey player

the lakes about 9 years old it does have many nice fish in it its just establishing a pattern is what im having troyble with when i get a depth finder I plan on using some deep cranks and a carolina rig on whatever structure i can find

I was told by an employee of my local dicks sporting goods that they arent carrying them anymore but he didnt know why.

I can even here the noise if I spin the handle really fast. Does that give any clue to what the problem is?
