Thats the same way I have mine. Im going too use a Duo Lock Snap to connect it to my line. So I dont have to worry about knot damage.

TW told me to inspect the rod as soon as I received it and if there are any flaws to contact them that day. Not to wait even a day and they would make it right. They told me after that Powell wouldnt allow them to do anything. As far as the warranty goes Im gonna risk it for the rewards.

I ordered the 6'10 spinning rod yesterday from TW. Once i get it and use it I will share my thoughts.

Im not a seasoned bass fisherman, mainly a trout man. When can I start trying topwater. Thanks for any advice I receive.
