Yes sir, Quantom KVD 40 Spinning reel. 12lb bps excel mono (same as i tried on the fuego) no problemo what so ever.

Its rated for 8 10 and 12 lb test. Think im going try 8 or 10. I never had a problem before with 12lb on my spinners.

Hey anyone have any idea why the line just falls off my daiwa fuego 3000a spinning reel? Ive tried 12lb bps excel, and 12lb suffix seige. The line litterally falls off in loops. Any advice appreciated.

I tried c21 out last weekend on a brand new daiwa fuego. I had big time problems with it. The exact same problems as mentioned above. Most of my reels are going to have BPS EXCEL mono on them, used the last year with 0 problems. I also used some different P LINE last year. It was great, forgot the name of it. It wasnt C21 , id stay away even @ 5$ a spool.

Ill go against the grain and say Revo S. (and i own a SX) I just like the centrifugal brakes over the magnetic. All my reels from this point on will be centrifigual or both! Whatever works for you though. Id say get a Curado but i aint gonna oops i just did lol.

I dont think you will find a better rod for less then $80. Actually i found some on the bay of the E for $67 free shipping recently. Bought 2 more to go with my other 4.

Cool i picked up 2 spools of this at Bass Pro during the sale. I got a spool of Suffix Siege 12lb clear and a spool of 12 lb Camo. Got them both for $5 a peice. Good to know i made a good purchase!

I put a Daiwa Fuego 300a spinning reel on a Abu Veritas Medium action rod. The reel seems tight, but there is a open space between the reel and the rod. Is this ok ? Its not a big space or nothing but you can see daylight through it.
