  2. i do have a 6'6" M veritas already for my worm rod and i was just looking at their MH Moderate 7' for a cranking rod and it looks nice and feels nice then another 7'3" MH fast for the jig rod. its nice having a BPS 3 miles from your house i think its going to be 2 more veritas rods now just to decide on reels. i like my PQ and was thinking about 2 more
  3. thanks for all the info guys. I guess im going to end up getting two different rods and i changed my mind to a St. Croix Mojo Bass 7' MH moderate for my crank bait rod and a mojo bass 7' MH fast action for my jig rod what do u guys think? I like the way they feel at bps
  4. Dang if u were closer to me during the season i would offer to shoot them haha they taste awsome and are fun to hunt
  5. we actually painted our 94 tracker pro 17 before duck season started to camo it up it turned out great i wish i had pics at hand i would post them up of the finished product. we destickered it which was a little tough but with the right stuff it makes it easier then we just took an electric sander and started sanding to rough up the surface then got a paint sprayer like the ones used to paint a house and went to town with a flat brown a couple coats later and it looks great.
  6. i want to get a "crankbait" rod i was thinking about a MH 7' fast action would this be good? and for the reel what gear ration this is going to be used for mid to deep water cranks. was thinking about a quantum smoke pt rod in med heavy anyone use this or hear about it? i was also wondering if this would work as a jig rod and maybe a frog rod? thanks
