hey guys im thinking of getting a jig and worm rod and reel which is more important in this combo the rod or reel and also what would be a good reel to use for this setup

Hey guys im new to the fourm and im looking at getting a new rod its going to be used mostly for t-rigs and jigs please make the price under 130$ im only 14 so money can be a problem lol any tips would be appercited
