  1. Really nice! I have got to do this for my room! Very creative, and also, welcome to the forum! I think you'll fit right in here, amongst people with the very same interest: to catch these amazing green fish that God made to entertain men!
  2. Actually, I have two bags of Kinami 5 inch Flash baits. In the Moss color the worms have a wave logo on them like the Kinami logo, but on the Watermelon Pepper color baits it actually says GYB on the baits, so Gary put senkos into the Kinami bags! But either way, they work the same, just more of personal preference and what brand you like more.
  3. So they can effectively locate a plastic bait after harsh storms? Nice!
  4. Yeah I'm gonna probably try lipless cranks and soft plastic jerkbaits (Super Fluke of course ). Would a Texas rig be useful at all or would it be more hit and miss?
  5. I caught my first a few weeks ago on a Storm Hopper Popper at night on Ultralight. They really seem to like topwaters! But on a full sized Jitterbug??? WOW!
  6. Write about all of the techniques you're proficient in. Also write about personal experiences with weather, patterns, and all that good stuff. You could also add personal stories and experiences. Talk about some things you enjoy about bass fishing, and try to keep interest. In my opinion, there aren't enough fishing books out there, especially not enough bass fishing books.
  7. The best part of fall is the weeds dying off. Here in Florida, the weeds get so dense that weedless baits and Texas Rigs pull in forests of weeds.
  8. Sounds like we've got another one that has been bitten by the Bass bug! Congratulations on beginning this amazing sport!
  9. Yeah you're probably good. I prefer to just keep them in the original bags though, they're pretty handy, since my clear Plano trays in the bag are almost full with hardbaits!
  10. Well, this ENTIRE labor day weekend was full of storms, and before they started Friday, the temps outside were around high 90s to 100s at times. Now this week, the temps will be in the 80s. How might this effect the bass? Also, the ponds and lake are about 2-3 feet higher. Any advice will be appreciated.
  11. Thanks, I've gotta try out a treble, though the trade-off is the unhooking process when they nearly swallow it.
  12. Yupp. Says $7.95 now! For $795.00 I could buy a hundred times that at BPS
  13. What baits do you all use when fall is approaching? What should I stock up on? Any favorite techniques? Thanks, and good luck on the water!
  14. Nice bass thumb Brushhoggin! And I'm definately ready for it too! So tired of this Florida heat and humidity. The fall just feels AMAZING here, and it's so comfortable I could fish for hours and hours! Ahhh... Can't wait
  15. HAHA WOWWWWW!!! Seriously?? And when we thought people couldn't get any more ignorant... This has to be one of the biggest fails in history!
