Thats the same kayak that i own it is my first one im no expert but its very stable in the the water i got mine on sale at dicks for$ 200 for the money its good.

Yes i do it all the time makes some prtety cool looking baits , but be carefull about doing it indoors it seems to smoke alot more .

Hers my 1998 Astro fish 172 with a 120 force outboard.

nice some times if u cant get netting to lay flat just cut around it and paint that as a accent . looks killer for the first one though.

U could take the spool out and tape the line guide and worm gear up and paint it that way to .

i took both sides off very carefully.

ive painted a couple reels it aint that bad to do u can tape some parts up or u can take it apart all i did is litly sand it prime it it either u can use a spray can or air brush i just used devcon epoxy as a clear coat ,heres a couple pics .

Does anybody have any advice about okuma baitcasting reels like the citrix or alumina al 273 i was just wonndering if they are good reels.
