Fished North last weekend 1215 , Blue Lake area. Caught fish on Trap in 10 to 12 foot . Sunday was tough.

Guys, We all love to fish Toledo Bend. You may consider joining Toledo Bend Lake Association. Very resonalble $10.00 per year and they do alot for the lake. They are having a banquet 4/20/2012 Cypress Bend. I have been the last three years and it is fun for all. Hope to see you there. Ranger Jim

Catt, I have to agree with Six Mile. Not all of the bass have spawned we are still catching bass full of eggs. Fished in the Cameron Valve tournament last weekend 47 boats. Lots of bass weighed in had eggs.

Six Mile , Where were you fishing last Saturday? What were you throwing. We fished North and struggled .

Caught 30 yesterday 2 feet of water fluke. They are in the new flooded grass. Fishing just north of Pendelton.

You have to fish during the week if you can. Friday,Saturday and Sunday can be tough.

Fished last weekend. Caught fish in 2 -6 foot range. Traps, Flukes and Spinner Baits.

Hobo, What part of the lake were you fishing?

Guys, I was fishing the Chicken Coup Saturday caught 50 nice Crappie. Had to help pull Two fisherman out of the lake. A grandfather and his 13 year old grandson were fishing the boy fell in the grandfather fell in trying to help the kid. Three boats got to them quick. They had no boating ladder on the bass boat . If others boats had not been near they would have drowned. The kid could barely move and he had been in the water maybe 10 minutes. A ladder on your bass boat could save your life.

Launched my pontoon boat at Newells last week. Caught 36 nice Crappie shiners and jigs.

I launched there last week and my tires were on the concrete no problem pulling boat out. Caught fish along the grass edges texas rigs.
