  1. Richard is garys son he is flw angler of the year
  2. ill say maybe 3 but prob about 2 1/2
  3. Thank you very much for thinking about that. He is on the pro staff but then again i kind of get them for cheap also because he is trying to get me a sponsorship by them and that would be great.
  4. veritas 7'3" thats a short answer with a lews reel best reel and rod combos ever
  5. I can get them for super cheap since my uncle is sponsored but i think *** is your best bet because you maybe about the same he asks at his site but you are getting the warranty. It is better to have quality reassurance then quantity. and 734 is a great all around rod so is a 703 or 704
  6. The best thing so far has been skinny bear jigs product i believe it is called the kickin five but it has to be one of the softest baits out there and not overly expensive i have met the owner really nice man and he makes a great product. Chris Zaldain really likes them and he qualified for the elite series this year. Just a recommendation.
  7. I am not one hundred percent sure on which one put trying to get some input? I am thinking for my braid a citica on a dobyns 734. You can never have enough rod and reels.
  8. go 7 foot 3 medium heavy with a fast action tip i use a lot of the veritas and i use yo zuri 12 pound line on my baitcasters and then on my spinning i use a 15 pound braid pretty darn sensitive
  9. thank you very much all of you
  10. turn your drag on to where you have to pull relatively hard to get it to come out slowly. so it up quite a bit. but remember to always turn your drag all the way off when storing it and i even turn my brakes sometime all the way off.
  11. yep they have 4 pins and they are relatively small but it depends what i am throwing usually on my tournament pro i only have one on but sometimes with like 3/8 jigs i will go to two. It all just depends on how i am throwing that day hah. If i am having a bad day i turn an extra one on.
  12. honestly i use 12 pound for everything it is really good. Like they said make sure you have some line conditioner on hand. It takes a while for it to get some memory though. But actually a really good all around line. Really good for spinner baits.
  13. when you get it none of them are on i have one i have one on and when you push it towards the outside then you should see a little tab pop out against the spool that means it is on so towards the shaft is off and out towards the aluminum parts of the spool is on.Let me know if you have anymore questions.
  14. Go for quality get an Abu Garcia veritas. They will last you a while
  15. My grandpa still has one that works.
  16. Lews tournament pro speed spool
  17. i have been using a plano box and just organize it that way it keeps your hooks seperated i am using a 3700 series by them you can fit everything you need for wheights in one if you have a lot and hooks in another. Use bass pro they usually have the cheapest prices on the plano boxes. Hope this helps.
  18. I believe that is around a five. Nice fish.
  19. Hi, Name is Connor. Born and Raised in Sacramento. I am only 15. Just started getting into bass fishing really heavy. Its something i enjoy and like doing it keeps me out of trouble. I am a sophmore in high school. Go fishing in central and northern california a lot. Go with my uncle who owns a bass boat. And a friend of mine who is on the pro staff for rbbassfishing.net. Trying to learn new things about this awesome sport and improve on my current skills. Like to listen to what people have to say about what i could improve on. I try and get younger kids and kids my age into this sport. The reason is because they really don't know what they are missing. Love fishing Lake Oroville, Lake Folsom, and the California Delta. Thanks. and continue to rip lips.
