Slow down on the retrive and also try smaller lures. Like others have said, bass wont move much in colder water.

The way i understand it is you cant use more than 3 even without hooks. there are 3 arm A-rigs or i think you could just put spinner blades on two and that would be better than nothing.

Ive had alot of success with the yum dingers. The color that has worked best for me is the black with red flakes.

I keep a couple spinning reels for the finesse type baits.

I have never used the rig yet but will be tring some strike king shadaliocous swim baits on mine.

soft tackle bag for me. I think there easier to carry and more storage for soft plastics and things in the side pockets

Rapala shad rap, spro little johns, never tried them myself but have heard nothing but good things about bandit lures. Also like the strike king cranks.

Ive tried the flurobraid by spiderwire and didnt like it at all. Never tried the yo zuri brand so couldnt help with that.

Im going to have a combo set up for weightless plastics such senkos, flukes, etc.. what line would everyone recommend for this set up? Would braid be a bad line to use?

Im using a st croix eyecon 6'3" with shimano syncopate spinning reel spooled with suffix 6lb fluro. Have various sinkers and hooks. for lures i have roboworm alive shad in various colors, missle baits drop claw in various colors and roboworm dropshot worms in various colors.

No i havent checked the fuel supply system. I think im going to call a marina tomorrow and have them take a look at it.

I have an early 1990's honda 4 storke 15 horsepower engine on my boat and im having some problems with it. I can get it to start up and idle fine but as soon as i shift it into gear it shuts off. Can anybody tell me what the problem is? I have a week off and was hoping to get some fishing in. thanks

Just bought a powell glass cranking rod. Thanks for the help.

Is it a big disadvantage to fish cranks without using a cranking rod? Right now I have three casting reel setups but no crank rods and was wondering if it would be wise to get one. I was planning on fishing cranks with a 7' md hvy fast action g loomis rod. thanks

For the people that use this rig, do you use it with a baitcaster or a spinning reel? Also how shallow can you go with this rig? Most of time when I see it on tv there fishing it very deep but was wondering if it would be effective in shallower water such as 10-12 feet or below that. Also for those that use this rig, how often do you use it? Is it just a seasonal rig or is it effective throughout the year.
