ok, after digging, I cant find the MH. but can find the M-mod. but mx lure oz, is 1/5, never heard of a weight like that

guy want a choice between the TWO he asked for, I am sure he did his homework and narrowed it down

the other thread has sparked my interest, I have read several places on the net, that Acdemy in fact makes a MH moderate action rod. It has been a while since i seen one, but i thought it said on the split grip the action and taper. I have yet to see a Moderate, Is there some upc I can look for. I dont crank much but wanted somthing to through around trap and crank usally 90% never going past dt6. I have a lews 5 gear to go on it. Just wondering

I wish i could find a the hidden MH moderate action rod, all my acedemy seems to have is MH fast. I hear people taking of them carring a crank bait rod but idk if it is true or not. I am looking for a all around crank rod but cant find this legendary h20 moderate rod lol

wait till people start screaming shimano, lol I have a gen 3 stx 8 gear abu on the way, pray it is normal. I liek abu but most my spinning reels are okuma, last year I had a komodo, a krios and a centrix they were extreamly great reels. the centrix did not like casting small lures no matter how a fiddled with it. Alot of people really overlook okuma, they are great IMO. I have a helios on my list for this year, there was a few new helios's on ebay for around 130 last time i checked.

I am from NC and down the road were he lives, he had a shop close to me. back when i was a kid my Grandma took me and my cousin there. He wasnt there but his son, maybe the racer, or pro hunter not sure. anyway he and my cousin took up with each other and he showed us the boat, setups etc. well he gave my cousin some lures and an ac battery cooler. He didnt give me anything no biggie, my cousin was older an more advanced in bass fishing. We left, The lady at the desk asked for my adress and phone number. about a month later Hank sent me a personal package with a personalized autograph, fishing tips, vhs videos, like 6 hours long. then tons of tackle, beleive he was sponsed by manns at the time, tons of stuff, even his old vampire spinnderbaits. I mean tons of stuff. and in a letter he even apologized for not being there and me being left out. I would do anything to meet him since i am of course a better fisherman. He is the dire reason I kept up fishing and became the bass man I am today

hmmm. pistol-gunfish, they do look like them, has anyone used them? they do not have a split ring on the line tie, has anyone ever fished this yet, would you add the split ring for more action?

Was it rated 1/2 oz. Usually IMO if you max a rating it feels like a fish on it

of course I dont do that, but how is proper way to get a lure back, not to sound dumb, I use tug it to the left or right, and it comes free, if not i cut it and go get it when i am doing fishing that spot( if I am able to wade a bit from the shore. Again not to hijack but I rescently broke a new cumara, I had the receipt so I took it back that way, but if I didnt, am I understanding that even a year or 2 in, IF it breaks I can take it to any shimano dealer and the give me a new one, SO sorry to go OT but was about to make my own thread and saw this

was watching an old free episode. I really enjoyed it, I went to there site and well, guess i am ignorant but, does it cost per tournament to watch, I cant pay like per year and re watch it? Can I download the episodes once i pay for them. IS there a place to watch them for free??. Sorry for dumb question, I want to watch it, but if all else fails is it worth the price, or is it just like 2 hours long for the set price.

yes any rod is good, I mean if you are getting in and thats all you need go ahead, if you think you are gonna get hardcore go for somthing more descent, the mentioned cherrywoods, maybe it is my wallmart but my aunt went through 3, back in 2011, maybe it was that lot from wallyworld, I felt and messed with one at academy today, seems descent lol

hah, I got my gold carbon lite rod at the ATL bps on clearence for 50 bucks, used with boat rash right now, on ebay there is one going with bids for over 70.00 great reel

WOW is all I gotta say, he was asking for an opnion not a d**n, sale pitch, to answer you question, my brother broke 2, one was kinda his fault, was on shore and he set a hook in a tree, mind you if was a sub descent rod, it probably wouldnt have broke on that. the other, I forgot but was the rod snapping, mid way, completly rod fault not to go OT, the ethos rods are pretty dang good for there price, and if they break for some wild reason they will take them back, usally no ??s asked

the last spool i bought was bad aswell, i was told all the stuff that they sell in the box type packaging is last years as the new stuff, is like the blister pack stuff

that first sentence sounds off. lol even if you actually fish with a 200 buck rod, you still dont need one. guy i fish with has 3 steez rods, and just picked up the new black and purple steez, great setup but unless your fishing opens and cashing checks, I see no way to honestly justify unless you want, lol I can justify wants anyway sorry to go OT< carbonlite rods are great, old orange carbonlite reels are the bomb too, the black ones are crap on a reel seat
