Pair A Reel To My Rod.
I figured that's the answer I would get. But they're not on sale right now so I didn't know if there was anything else. Am I right when it comes to gear ratios and uses for each setup?

Pair A Reel To My Rod.
So I took advantage of the 2 for $50 deal on the Rick Clunn rods and they're working really great for me so far. Right now I have the lipless crank which is 7' M paired with a 6.4:1 Johnny Morris Signature series. I use it for square bills and lipless cranks. The other rod is the jerbait rod which is 6'6 MH, I don't have a reel on it. I'm thinking about using it for poppers and and other hard jerkbaits like rapala xraps. Maybe even throw some buzz baits on it because I have nothing else to throw them on. So to do these things what reel should I put on it? I was thinking a high ratio like 7 something. The reel needs to be left handed and a budget reel. $100 max. I will also buy used if you have anything to offer. Thanks, Christian

Mine had a decent amount, about six of them, but only two of the models. I'm debating if I want to buy more.

Having A Hard Time Picking An Ideal Kayak Squarebill Rod...
The rick clunn s-glass rods are two for fifty at dicks. I picked some up and was throwing square bills on them. Awesome deal and a pretty great rod for $25. *usually $90*

Rick Clunn Signature Series S-Glass Crankin Rods
I got the lipless crank and jerbait models today. Took them out for a test run. Cought a few fish. And let me say they were great. I didn't think they were too heavy, and they had good feel and sensitivity too them. I threw a kdvsquarebill most of the time and it worked great. For $50 I might just have to buy two more. Great deal. And I don't mind the crackle finish.

Yo-Zuri Hybrid Fishing Line Clear
I have it on my spinning set up to try, I like it so much that I spooled my other gear up with it to. Great overall line when it comes to things like manageability, strength, and abrasion resistance. I would highly recomend it.

Finesse Style Spinning Rod Help.
I use a 6'6 St.Croix Triumph ML F with a Shimano Saharah 2500 for the exact aplication your looking for. I love it. Sensative and light rod with a solid smooth reel. Spool it up with some 6lb yo-zuri hybrid and your set. I would highly suggest it. The combo would run you about 140-160

Tuning Up A Spinning Reel?
I was just wondering if there is anyway to improve a spinning reel when it comes to tuning. I know in a baitcaster new bearings make it cast farther, but does it have any affect in a spinning reel?

Moderate Fast Action
St. Croix is a good rod, great customer service too. For me I fish strictly spinning, most guys on here fish mainly Baitcasting. To me it's mostly what your most comfortable with, if your confident and comfortable with what your using, you'll have more fun and a better chance of catching a fish. I have a st droid triumph that I really like, if you can afford it I would look into a St. Croix Avid or Premier. Hope this helps.
