Kicker what brand is your rod...can you recommend specific one? I will fishing in small....medium size lakes, I'm not expecting anything bigger then 24- 30 inches . I will use 3 way swivel + 1-2 oz ...+some spoon etc.......maybe will use dipsy diver as well.

Let say you only can have 2 rods for walleye on boat...which one would be and for which techniques? Need some help....will soon go for 10 days fishing trip....and never really fished for walleye ( got two by accident .. was looking for bass).

I don't go fishing all that much (maybe 10-15 days every year) so there isn't too much wear on the line...... on my 3 baitcasters i got 50LB Power Pro ( all over 2 years old) my spinning rells are 8-10lb fluro and 1 spool with 20lb Power Pro ( all lines about 2 y old) Soon I'll go for 1st real fishing adventure (pike , walleeye and jumbo yellow perch)...gonna rent a cabin with boat over 1000km NW from Toronto....etc 10 days of pure fishing. Should I change the line on my reels...will it make a difference? Thank you.

Hi! So I'm totally new to this....bought inflatable pontoon Savylor HF 360...will buy for it motor mount, and Minn Kota 38 lb thrust motor (comes with free charger). As far as I know I should buy deep cycle battery .....but which one is good enough for that kind of motor...? Thanbk you,

Started fishing couple years ago using spinning reels, but last year bought casting gear and I love it , looking for some advice, I do some bird nests but its very seldom, so should I change braid line for smaller diameter braid (20-30lb)...to achieve longer casting distance or keep the 50 lb ?

Started fishing couple years ago, have a few rods....need some advice. Fenwick Smalmouth crankbeit rod with Curado G. Cant make the reel sit tight on my rod (the reel is moving slighty duing retrieve), should I send it to fenwick...it's under warranty.
