Guy Has Been Pulling Up My Catfish Noodles.
Check out the deed or plats for the subdivision. There probably is some kind of language concerning shared use and maintenance of the pond. People are fools when it comes to "property" if they only realize it is just means to tax. The local government and HOA govern what an owner can and can't do. And there are all kinds of restrictions, agreements and easements that can be in effect. The reason the property lines go to lake centers is probably to address maintenance, not state as in the case of storm water ponds or HOA in case of a pond located within a common space. If you know a surveyor or perhaps civil engineer, or a lawyer versed in real estate law would be able to help.

Baseball Cards
One I never owned but recall the McGwire USA uniform card. Think it was his rookie, but rose to life again with his chase for 61.

What Do You Collect Or Collected In The Past?
I used to be a Porsche finatic since I was like 6 and saw my first one. I eventually got into my teenage yrs and became a fan of Le Mans series, World Rally and F1. I had a big Porsche paraphernalia collection. Mainly models, even their bicycle and tractor. Along with books, emblems, racing posters. I also got into collecting this German Beer hafferoder or hasseroder think there is two spellings or something anyway. I collected all their slot car models from every type of racing. Their logo was a grouse on a yellow car with red lettering. Still a fan of alms and f1 though don't get a chance to enjoy it much these days. Also did shot/bar glasses for a while of places traveled and brands drank. Still a sucker for a good gift pack at christmas time. Lol

Baseball Cards
I remember card no2 Bo Jackson was awesome. I followed his comeback and had all his Angels and ChiSox cards. Remember the baseball game for sega? In 1994 the white sox had Thomas, Jackson, Franco and Ventura. Them and the expos were light years ahead of everyone then the strike. My two where Ken Jr. Rookie card and Frank Thomas tops rookie card. I think he was in his auburn uniform. Took me a while I managed to get them. Ozzie Smith rookie with him on the Pads and the long sideburns. Was another. And of course being from Baltimore Cal's rookie card. But I never owned that one.

What Baits Should I Use?
I fish from shore. I use the original rapala, and shallow cranks like square bills in the spring with success when I lived in VA. Now in FL I use them less mostly due to tall grass. When I say shallow I makesure 4' is the max depth. Soft swim baits work good too like berkeley ripple shad or something similar over top the structure cuz they hang up less on structure with the single hook up top.

Small Bass & Big Bass?
Good question, cannot wait to see some more of the answers. In my experience, I have a very clear lake and see three things. Big fish schooling with big fish, small fish schooling with small fish, and then the lone fish - big or small it is holding to a culvert, clump of weeds etc. Seems to me in this clear lake I see like size fish schooling and moving together. But that is really the only pond where I can stand a little above and look and watch a large area along the bank, if this is true else where I don't know.

Baseball Cards
It's always seems like we are collecting something LOL.....I guess it is a good idea to hold on to them, worst comes to worst they can sell them and get some some gear or maybe a boat lol. Hopefully they will appreciate them. Maybe if enough pass them down to their kids it will keep card collecting alive. At least the stories of the greats pictured on the cards can be passed down. It is crazy how much it was part of being a kid for my father and me but now it is poof gone. Makes me feel old and out of date lol

Baseball Cards
Cool thanks for the info. I don't think I would ever get back into the hobby though, unless my boys were interested. Right now they are 5 and 3 so I have some time to hang on to these cards. I know what you mean about the era have most of my cards I mean it was crazy how many were produced then. Really even of the older cards I got the Mantle is the only one anyone wants. And it isn't about getting the most money out of it, but I know how much money and time I put in it just sucks to see that value so low, I kinda just want to get rid of it not to deal with storing them and the room. It is funny you mention Beckett, I forgot all about that magazine. I was just thinking about them, they are still at my parents house in my old closet, they are getting ready to move and were going to send everything to me. Your collect sounded awesome I couldn't even imagine 6,000 Ron Gants. Mine is probably a tenth of what yours was. I just don't know what to do with them.

Baseball Cards
Does anybody still collect them? I remember when I was a little kid, the bubble gum in the packs, going to the card shows. I have a decent collection, some cool rookies like Ozzie Smith, Gwynn, Rickie Henderson, Griffey Jr. my crown jewel if you will is the 1958 allstar set, included Mickey Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Musial, Banks, Fox etc. I also got a bunch of signed balls but I will never get rid of them because me and my dad got them together and the memory of that plus shaking a HOFs hand is priceless. I was looking on ebay, the mantle gets about 100-200 and the rest are lucky if they get 5 bucks. also have quite a few Donruss and tops sets from the late 80's and early to mid 90's, got some Stan the Man and Cal Ripken memorabelia (helluva word to spell right there) I contemplate saving them for my boys but what kid collects cards these days, and I remember when I quit collecting packs were rediculous, like 5.99 or 8.99 for 5 cards. Should I just sell the lot? or save it for the kids or future? I don't see anyone younger than me, I am 31, really caring or collecting. Just curious about any thoughts or memories anyone might have or want to share.

Any Tips For Locating Bass In Shallow Water As Well As Structure??
4/0 or 5/0 EWG with no weight. Rod tip up and reel medium to fast. They will splash across the top just like a little froggy buzz bait. You might miss the first couple hook sets by reeling or pulling up a little too early but you will get the hang of the timing.

Any Tips For Locating Bass In Shallow Water As Well As Structure??
The plastic frogs like the zoom or rage toads are texas rigged wieghtless more or less and you reel them across the top like a buzz bait. The hollow body can be reeled, walk the dog, popped. If you don't want a frog, get a buzzbait. any one of the them afore mentioned are a blast to see, hear and feel the top water strikes.

Miami Canal Lures
Down there a staple is the plastic frog, like a zoom toad or rage toad. Also if they aren't hitting worms, try fishing them slower, I mean slow weightless or with a light weight and just creep it back in. colors, red shad, junebug, tequilla, purples are good colors to throw down here. Cast parrallel to the bank. Look for structures like culvert pipes, trees, dams, weeds etc. and work thoses areas without getting too close. If you have worms I would stick with them, also there are tons of baits, read up on here what works down in Miami and pick a few, talk to a few of the guys.

Broke Back Minnows
Just read about the shallow jointed shad rap. Looks good for 0-5 of depth. My son has always had luck with smaller sizes of Rebel jointed minnows. Black with the chrome sides in 1-7/8 and 2-1/2 inch sizes
