  1. If I'm not mistaken I read an article last year about those guys that caught the 49 lb limit and they were using one. I didn't know what one was at that time until that article because I had to Google it.
  2. How stable are they depends on how wide they are. My 12' is 48" wide.
  3. Just easier blacking the lettering out instead of trying to restore them as well. I would have done the same.
  4. Guys, guys, guys, it was a misprint. It was really 4-11 not 11-4. Lol
  5. You talking about over in Del City off Reno? If your into those small lakes you might try the one off I-40 and Rockwell. Another one off Sooner and S 119th or so.
  6. You check out the oxygenator?
  7. Looking hard at a Buster Boat myself and when I snag it I'll be hitting Wes Watkins myself. Only live a mile from it. Looking at the Buster Boat because it has a live well and ice chest integrated within it.
  8. Lose OKC's #2 shooter for Ibaka? Come on with that comment. This team went to the NBA playoffs. They know what it's like now and what it is like to lose. You change very little with it. Ibaka and Harden both have their pros and cones. I believe we need to keep Harden. A few more years under his belt and he will be dangerous.
  9. I'm right handed. I cast right and reel left with any setup.
  10. I use to only use 6' 6" but after doing some heavy crappie fishing this year with 9'+ rods I've begun to hate my 6' 6" bass rods. Will be getting at least a 7' bass rod next time. Probably more along the lines of 7' 4".

OKC FTW! So happy to see my home team in the big game. Need to run a little zone on LeBrone to shut him down like Dallas did last year and definitely not guard him with Harden anymore! A 3rd shooter would help too as KD and Westbrook can't do it all.
  12. I'm so ready. I'm an OSU fan. We lost Blackmon and Wedden last year though. OU looks to be tougher this year.

    Wonder how old it was?

Yep they have them at the fair around here along with fried twinkies and other candy bars.
  15. In the end you caught a nice fish and retrieved your hooks. Nice story.
  16. As long as there is a fish out there to catch I'll be good. Not partial to one species.

Glad they put the closed capion because I would have never knew what he was singing. At times he looked like a ventriloquist without the dummy, or was he the dummy and ventriloquist, lol?
  18. Happened here last weekend on me. Felt a double tug, tried setting the hook and that was it for the claws. Was left with a rage turd.
  19. I would have to say the color of and spots on bass have to do with their environment as well as water clarity.
  20. Very nice fish! Catch & release or keeper?
  21. Nice! Heck of a fishing story to tell for years as well.
  22. I just purchased a right hand bait caster last month after using left hand spinning gear and I regret it. Wish I would have bought a left hand bait caster instead. I don't mind the switching of hands but my problem is my left forearm gets warn out from using different techniques on the rod. Yeah I could probably get use to it over time but I am going to purchase a left handed reel before then. Left hand reeling and right hand rod controlling just feels more natural to me. My 2 cents.
  23. I just bought the Bass Pro Crappie Maxx. Gets the job done. Bought the 6.9 oz. Would have loved to had the 5.1 oz. but it had too little of a spool for me. http://www.basspro.c...210590/-1758646
  24. No No Dunno Yes I simple cut the line and release. Dunno what happened to the fish after that. Nothing wrong with it. I fish for fun and release all fish. I'm one of those weird ones that love to fish but hate the taste of fish. A simple Google search will tell you in detail what animal cruelty is incase you don't know. Never been accused of it. Dunno exact times of how long a fish can live out of water. I'm sure you have plenty of time to get hook out, take pic and release. In closing I don't think fishing is for you man. Just being honest.
