  1. The longest break I have ever taken was between the birth of my kids. For about a 2 year period fishing was on the back burner, up until 3-4 years ago, fishing has come back into my life. Fishing helps take the edge off, of all the curve balls life throws at you day in and day out.
  2. HaHa, I'm just saying its possible...
  3. Yep.... new month, new big fish. You are the man, what can I tell ya. Beautiful fish as all ways. You sure know how to promote your products well.
  4. Thanks, again, I might just have to get me one of those. I just hope I do not catch me any 25"
  5. Cool, I know exactly where you talking about.
  6. FSTR nice fish, how long did you consider that fish? From the angle of the pic it looks like 21.5" however if I can move above it can also look like 22" Let me know the number and that's what I will put down. BTW what did you land that pig with?
  7. I like that ruler, which end cap was it on? Was it the BPS at Dania?
  8. Fstr nice pig!! Looks like the tide has shifted from North to South. It's about time.
  9. That's the same problem Martin had yesterday. 00 Mod told him to go to your profile page and click edit profile, on the left side of the page there are options for you to purge old stuff for the new stuff. Ask martin he knows.
  10. I stepped out for about a half hour this evening at my neighborhood canal, but I had no luck. There was no signs of life. I swear in my neighborhood canal, the fish go to sleep like the birds when the sun goes down. I have yet to catch a bass at night, in all my years of bass fishing.
  11. I always carry a can of off in my car. For moments such as those. I learned the hard way to.
  12. This question is more geared to the vets of the group, what is your "honest" cut off size? For me it's about 15" fish. I know every fish size counts and helps, but for some reason, 15" is my min.
  13. After your first big strike, hit or miss, you will throw them with more confidence each time.. trust me.
  14. LOL..... we are creating a monster. Stop lights really? Now that I think about it, that has never crossed my mind. LOL
  15. Stick with us and you will learn a few things, even teach us a few things, watch great Martin video's every once and while and laugh your butt off in the process.
  16. I have noticed that they are very competition oriented also. There numbers are lower this month I think. I have had private conversations with other individuals from BR, that wish they had the same competition in there state. I think we are on to something here.... but I think, the main denominator in our group is that we have embraced this simple competition for what it is; a fun, interactive, competition that is really just for bragging and to have a genuine good time. Our group is the past time for so many other people, that this has become their soap opera. Pretty cool.
  17. I have said this before, and I will say it again. Although walking a frog may have its advantages, its not the end all be all of frog fishing. If frog is on the menu, it doesn't matter what the frog is doing imho.
  18. LOL... LMG your right. Unicorns are pretty hard to come by lately...
  19. I doubt it, he probably did an order with Seibert outdoors. They have both been communicating a lot lately. It looks like Seibert has good stuff. Martin don't you have jigs from there.
  20. I doubt that even if this location is found that anyone of us can just walk up to it and fish it. It's probably out in the middle of no where for a reason.
  21. Rvadog, it depends on the day. The area looks great. It may be a topwater day all day, who knows. Start with the usual spread of baits you would typically use, and see what they like and go from there. I am sorry, I wasn't specific but fishing down here is not predictable sometimes.
  22. Yeah, I hate it down here in S. Fl. when you are targeting LMB and one these come along: Sorry... I couldn't resist. But slonezp, to answer your question, I can see when you are targeting a specific fish, and the fish you keep coming across is not the game your after, can be annoying.
  23. Zach I put your 2 fish down, nice to see you up on the board. Haven't seen you post for little bit.
