I think there are 23 recorded black bears in little river canyon park in dekalb county
  2. The only thing i have heard was they are planning on spraying around peoples docks so they could actually get there boat out and swim but fished a tourney there last night and it hasnt gone anywhere yet.
  3. My biggest problem with them is the inserts coming out of the guides. They have on every duckett ive ever had but other than that i havent really had any other problems. I also fish guntersville and personally i would want the xh to.
  4. No i dont know the actual depth difference but i will say i havent ever used mono or braid for cranking i have always used flouro simply for the fact that it does sink and it helps your bait dive deeper. Im sure it doesnt have the sensitivity that braid does and also majority of the time im fishing really clear water which is another reason i prefer flouro. In your case with the water being muddy it shouldnt really matter unless your deep cranking to use braid. Thats jmo though hope it helps.
  5. Another thing to consider that i dont think has been mentioned is you will not get the full depth out of your crank since braid floats. I also throw flouro with cranks.
  6. If the water is high i would fish the new water. Thats just my opinion but fish seem to love new water.
  7. Man that sucks. That sounds like my luck.
  8. For the cover your suggesting i would go with abrazx to make sure your line is not fraying bad. Also as was mentioned the abrazx wont have the stretch either but i dont think you can go wrong with any seaguar jmo.
  9. Sounds to me like its very similar to the SHOT show.
  10. Roll tide!
  11. I am currently using 20lb abrazx fishing deep jigs and i love it.
  12. If any of the drop offs have submerged grass i would also try a carolina rig and a drop shot.
  13. From my experience if you do hook it make sure to keep constant pressure on it because for me i have had several fish come off from just a little bit of slack. I just started fishing jigs this year and once you get the hang of it i have become addicted to them. I have to agree with what was said you may want to wait just a second or two longer before setting the hook.
