You being a long time ravens fan is it hard not seeing ray out there? I still find it weird watching him in his suit and fresh hair cut on ESPN bringing the same intensity and wisdom that he did on the field. Ray Lewis dispite what people think is one of the most influential people when he talks. Still find it tough not seeing him on the field, ravens have always been the team I support in the AFC.

Anyone who has played football in HS or in colege know that what we have now is far from football. You need to protect the players from other players and themselves but at the end of the day us as fans, and some who have played, don't want to see flags attached to players pants because that's the route we are going I played defense and can not even imagine playing on the college level or NFL nowadays with all these rules on how you can hit a guy. You hit then high flag you hit them low flag you don't hit them at all they score what you suppose to do

Seattle having those NBA Players in their secondary is going to be hard for ANY QB. If my Eagles don't make the Super Bowl or playoffs for that matter I'm riding with Seattle. and I love Shermans attitude. "I talk trash because I carry a big stick." Before last nights game he said that EVERY time he looks over to the 9ers sideline he aint looking at the players he's looking at the coach. Same coach that talked trash about him to scouts and GMs which he feels is why he slipped in the draft. I love players that carry a chip on their shoulder and use it the right way as motivation.

I am an Eagles fan and this is my stance. Offensively if we keep Vick healthy we can out score ANYBODY. Our defense on the other hand is another story. But it has been done before. We are strong on offense and struggling early on D. I have a feeling our D will come around and we will make a late run in the end of season into the playoffs similar to how the Giants did it first time. The key is the health of Vick, McCoy, and Jackson without those 3 our offense doesn't work. Chip also needs to think about when we win the toss defer to the second half. That way put D out there first and if we get a stop take over the first half offensively and then you have the first possession of the second half to increase on our lead.

I'm gonna try to go out early the next two days since you say there is going to be a cold front. Going to shoot for 5:30a. Only taking pics of 20" seems to be the norm now your the 4th person to say that lol no1 has cracked the 100" mark this month or last so it looks like that's what it's gonna take. The fish you have been catching have they been fat? Because I have noticed that I am catching smaller fish but they have bellies on them. The bigger ones 18"+ this month have been more solid than fat if that makes any sense.

Yea that defense was on fire last night! And they didn't have 3 or 4 starters on defense including their top pass rusher. Then Harvin is suppose to come back mid season. The Hawks will go undefeated at home, only way they lose is if they underestimate their opponent and don't play hard. If they somehow come out with the best record in the NFC and hold home field throughout the play offs they will go to the Suoer Bowl hands down. But last nights games against the 9ers was shocking when you think about how the 9ers handled the Packers so easily. Then you take in consideration that they were missing 4 starters on defense and Harvin on offense and still did what they did last night NFC championship Eagles @ Seahawks

I use the Stanley frogs not the zoom or any other brand for that matter. They make frog hooks and that's what I use, the double with the screw

I use the screw hooks the frog holds up better with the screw IMO. Which kind of frogs do you use?

Over in the Southeast section we've been running a Florida Bragging Rights thread for the past 4 or 5 months. We do top 5 fish for the month an we go by length, since not everybody has scale, and we do a big fish for those who do carry one. It's pretty fun and we have a good turn out and conversation. Over the past 4 months nearly every fish I posted a pic of came off these golden frogs.
