Yes vinny it is awesome,it really is. I get more enjoyment out of him landing a big bass then when I do (think that's a sign of getting old) and yes on the football head on the hair jigs. I've got a rock pond in mind for them. Looking forward to putting the hair jig to the test on the DD 's that lurk in that pond and Mabey get a new personal best. Summer fishing on south Florida cannel systems can be tuff in my experience. To be honest with you this time of the year I'm after peacock bass on a fly rod, but when I find good structure you can bet that a NorthStar rig is banging away on it.

I just picked up a few, giving the hair jig a try. I was trying to hold out to order a few of the Black Series. Not sure how old the last set of NorthStar jigs I had are got them as a gift some time ago. My 13 year old nephew got his hands on them and well now there "his". Any way thanks, your jig is to blame for getting my nephew hooked, so when I drop that 20k on a new tracker I know to blame you every month I have to make the payment
