  1. 10 inch TT 9 inch MS slammer Owner st-36 hooks and owner split rings It was too tempting
  2. Im hoping to catch a 7+ pounder this coming season, i have some new spots and i think i definitely will!
  3. Got these guys in the mail: 9 inch MS slammer in purple nitro 10 inch triple trout in hitch color Swapped out the hooks for some ST-36's and split rings for owner hyper wires (not pictured), these baits are ready to hit the water! pre-spawn can't come fast enough!
  4. Mattlures hardgill and strong perch are awesome baits that flat out catch fish. Some of the bigger glide baits like gan craft and deps 250s are awesome. Also the MS slammer is a well proven wakebait. You can't go wrong with any bait that had been proven and has a good rep
  5. I have a very good feeling that this coming season I will catch a 7lber on a swimbait, but thus far my biggest is a 5lb 5oz Michigan bass on a hardgill
  6. New York, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Maine
  7. Hey guys, I can't find a definite answer online so i was hoping one of you could help me out. I live in a gated community and presumably the ponds in them are private. I was wondering if it would be legal to purchase bass fingerlings and bluegill and stock them in my pond. I probably won't do it, i was just wondering if it was legal. Thanks!
  8. Check TW at the right time and you can get one
  9. Thanks! HOW?! This happens EVERY time!
  10. I got to fish with Weld's Largemouth this week as we are both in South Florida. I went over to his place and it was cloudy and there was a light breeze. As we approached a new spot I casted out my spinnerbait, got a backlash and the lure landed 10 feet from the bank. When I get the tangle out, I burned the bait back and a HUGE bass nearly beaches itself trying to get the bait. I immediately flipped it back out and an enormous mouth opens and my bait disappears. Sheer awesomeness in clear ponds! 6 pounds flat. I don't know why some pictures posted more than once
  11. Yea all the time, big soft plastics like 10-15 inch worms and big creature baits/craws work well in a bright color or black
  12. Thanks for the great day and the big bass! And of course the new PB!
  13. mostly gambler and zoom
  14. Me too! Im going down for two weeks on the 19th!
  15. X2 that popper gets destroyed unlike any other topwater bait I've used
  16. Jigging for rockfish and halibut….OH MY
  17. Could you maybe run through some of the differences between them and spinnerbaits and where you use each one? I have not caught a single bass on a chatter bait and i want to because i know they catch lots of big bass!
  18. The ponds by my house down there have done the same thing, one month its really good the next month its dead. The bass down there are very temperamental

    Couldn't agree more
  20. In my favorite lake it is VERY common to catch smallmouth on frogs, my grandpa right before he passed away caught a 5 pound pig on one last year. I have also caught many on frogs!
