Are you talking about bank fishing or fishing from a boat.Since I do alot of bank fishing I noticed alot of laydowns are laying with the branches away from the bank{pointed twards the middle of the lake}witch makes alot v's and it's easy to lose a rig.But agian that's fishing..I use a lot of different styles of lizzards but the colors don't differ much, watermelon,pumkinseed,ones with chartruse tails,brown with black flakes.You'll find a variety of different colors work pick one and try.I'm a jerk of all luers and a masterbaiterDitto!They were fishing a well known lake in southwest missouri known as the ROCKWelcome. CiaoStratos are sweet boats.
