Too Many times us pros, bass fisher, etc. dont realize or forget how we got into the bass fishing world. Well today you can share your story. And remember if you started out when you were young someone taking you look find search for a kid who likes or wants to go. Unlike the hunting industry which may crash. We need this on to the next generation. So the next generation can lead it and make it strong. I will share my story and I suggest you to ponder on how you got into this world. Back in 2005 I begin to watch fishing shows on Outdoor Channel and watch these guys fish and enjoy it so much. I begin to ask some of the older guys about this sport. My parents were divorced and I lived with my mother so she could never take me. I asked the church the gentlemen at the church about fishing and one man by the name of Don Rainwater. He got me new baitcaster and told to go home and practice. And now thats all Ive used. Love me a good baitcaster, A couple of times I went fishing with him and he taught how to fish the Texas Rigged worm. Now he told to carry what Ive been taught to the next generation. Im 16 now and love taking some kids to the pond or PFA. Thankful for Mr.Don and how he left his legacy, He is still around and still teaching me.

Now as you read the topic...you wonder to yourself when I buy the most lures. Is the summer time, spring time, winter or fall? Well thats the question not all of us are Bill Gates when it comes to fishing( basically can buy the whole store). So when do you guys be the most lures? Money being an issue. Trying to read the papers aka Academy or Bass Pro. Lets hear it guys.

Out of all the rigs or lures I've been using this is the only one that I haven't used or caught fish on so what lures do I use and where do I start?

Today it's been different caught a 6 plus on a lipless...usually my go to is Texas rig but with this overcast it didn't work.

No sir No typo I just only have a 6 foot the highest is 6'6" but I let my buddy borrow it plus it's soft very soft.

I only use my 580G Costas Blackfin Glass regular $250 but I got it for $100 thanks to academy discount. Color lenses are the green mirror. And this is before they sponsored me....just say stick with costa

Im using a BPS Extreme Reel 7.1 with a 6' graphite swim bait rod...and Im using 50 lbs Braid. Hows this?

How to fish the wacky rig? I'll be using 12 lbs fluro or mono 6.3 gear ratio rod and a 6'6" baitcasting rod. I WILL NOT BE USING SPINNING GEAR. I WILL ONLY BE USING A BAITCASTER. so dont tell me I need to use spinning gear. SO can you tell me guys how to use this rig?

How you get this to work? I'm using 50 pound braid 7 to one gear ratio and a 7'6" medium heavy rod. I'll pick up frogs today.

1/2 or 1/4 and I'm told their not suppose to go in a straight line. So how do you get them to not go in a straight line?
