Ar 15 Prices
Well, with the price and availability of AR 15's and ammo, I'm thinking it might be time to sell mine. I have a Stag model 2T with Leupold Mark IV x-high rings and a Vortex 3x32 scope. Magpul foregrip, magpul trigger guard and magpul stock. I have 12 Magpul P-Mags and 800 rounds of ammo. I have 40 rounds of tracer ammo and a real nice soft side case. What do you guys think a fair asking price is for everything? I have a few people interested, but I am afraid to throw a price out there. From what I have seen on the net, I think $3,000 isn't too far out of touch with reality. Most ammo is about $1 per round right now and AR's are out of this world, if you can even find one. So, what say you? Does my price sound about right? I haven't told them a price yet, just said that I am probably going to sell.

Late To Weigh In Question.
This is the exact reason I always leave in plenty of time to make it back to weigh in. If you're 10 minutes early, you're never late. I understand wanting to fish every last minute you can, but I would rather be 20 min early as opposed to 2 min late.

Rain Gear
Well I took the advice on the Frabill stormsuit and ordered some. I also got a SWEET deal. I usually wear an XL in bibs, but I found a jacket in XL and bibs in XXL for $310 shipped to my door. Just couldn't pass it up. Especially after reading about them on this thread.

Top 10 Basitcasting Reels For The Money?
For what money? $100 to some people is a lot. $300 to some people isn't a lot. I think the Core is worth every penny. I also think the Citica is a good real for the price.

Chatterbait/spinnerbait Rod
I also prefer a MH for SB's but I prefer to throw chatterbaits on a H stick with braid.

Duped or not. The fact that he had an "internet girlfriend" makes him look like a total idiot.

Rain Gear
Of the Frabill or 100 mph, Which would be better in the colder months out on the lake? I am getting ready to purchase a set and will probably use them mainly in Feb and early March.

Line For Top Water
I switched to braid on all my topwater lures. The hardest thing to get use to is waiting to feel the fish before you set the hook. When I first started, I pulled the lure away before the fish ever had it completely in its mouth.

New Setup
7'2 H with 50 or 65 lb braid with a 7.1:1 reel. Buzzbaits, Frogs, jigs, flipping, etc.

Snaps Instead Of Split Rings On Crankbaits?
I just bought some Owner Hyper Welded Snaps from TW to use this season. I went with the size 1 and found them to be just a little too small for my liking. I went ahead and ordered some size 2 last night so I will have 3 packs of each size to decide which I prefer.

Owner Hyper Welded Quick Snaps
Does anyone have any experience using these? I am going to place an order with TW and am going to order some. I am not sure how big they are. I have searched this forum, the web and everywhere inbetween and cannot find how big they are. I plan on using them to throw CBs. ANyone with experience or anyone that knows how big they are, please let me know what size would be best. TW lists them as 26lb, 33lb, and 46lb Thanks, JB
