the real question is does the thing even run striaght??? cause it doesnt look like it would, looks like it would roll over as u pull it through the water...
2. INFO SENT,...I want one! anyone else request one? I'm sure they will be happy to find out I use it as a salt shaker and have no plans on giving it back. yea man that would be awesome if they sent me one of these fish, it would be perfect to use in a tournament, i could get someone to drive it around the 1st place guys boat and screw up all his fishing, and ill be catching fish from a few hundred feet away... just kiddin, lol
3. if they ran those robo fish around my boat, id just take out my pistol and shoot them, then what can they do?
4. yea ive caught a bullfrog on a tiny torpedo, and a sea gull on a mirror lure, and a snake on a scum frog, and a few turtles on devils horse, and like a million alligators on different topwater lures.... but anyways, the crawfish are already active right now, cause some of the fish ive cleaned have crawfish in the fishes stomachs.. but i live in south louisiana so
5. at a hobby shop, i dunno if yall have "hobby lobby" over there, but they have balsa wood, and like remote control airplane stores have it too
6. ive made some topwater lures that pop and walk the dog at the same time, but it was made outta cypress, and the paint job is the worst paint job u ever seen, it looks like a five year old tryed to finger paint the lure. but i have caught alot of fish on them , including bass, redfish , and speckle trout
7. i think u need to be more concerned with stretching than doing different exercises to releive the pain, cause thats not gonna work.
8. what a ridicioulous law.... how does the game warden prove the fish was not caught in the mouth, other than eye witnesses and the honesty of the fishermen, if theres some wound on the bass , that could be caused by anything, i wonder how much they actually enforce this law and whats this about a 26 lber dead? i googled it and i didnt find anything , anyone have a link to it? sounds very enteresting.
9. ok first of all, y is one person saying 22lb 7 oz, and the article said 25 lb? if i would have caught that fish i would of kept it alive and like put it in a big tank or something, since he released it there is a chance someone will come right behind him and catch it and end up mounting it or something like that, which would be a real shame. unless the guy that released it was tryin to go back and catch it again like some of yall said.
10. alright i agree with u about handling the larger more valuable fish with care. yes they are very valuable exspecially for reproducing and whatnot... its just that the paragraph that whoever posted up there, it looked way too extreme.. i guess i got off the real topic of this thread when i read that paragraph
11. I don't understand ok this is just gettin ridicioulous, its just a fish man, its not like its a peice of gold or a fragile antique vase worth millions of dollars, bass arent on the brink of extinction, arnt endangered and arnt even rare, and now a days ur not "supposed to even touch them or it can be bad for them"?????? like seriously these people need to loosin up alittle, its ok to lip a bass and hold it and look at it if u want, its not gonna immediately die in ur hands, if u rub alittle slime off, i think it will survive...... ((""""" Leave the fish in the water if you can and use a tool to remove the hook"""")) <<<< what the hell is that??? its ok to put a hook through the fishes mouth, but its best not too even touch it with ur hands if u can?????? if these people care about the bass so much, they should just leave them alone and let them live their natual lives instead of hooking them in the mouth and draging them through the water on a line... all this stuff about being careful with the fish is just gettin alittle outta hand. To some of us they are gold.To Luke Clausen they are worth millions.Nobody said you can't touch them.If you think its so out of hand there are other topics to discuss. CJ i wanna dicuss this, cause im seriously concerned about this... the next thing u know, all these guys are gonna end up becoming peta members, and start condemning fishing all together.... sure bass are beautiful, and valueable to us as fishermen, but when it gets to the point where its best not to touch them if u can, like i quoted in that paragraph up there ^^^ then whats the point of even fishing, u can get the same feeling from hooking ur hook onto a peice of wood and pulling back on ur rod to make it bend.. yea i know its a challenge to catch them and all, but if that was the only reason u fish for then u can just do that on a video game.. that way you are sure the fish will survive unharmed ;)
12. 13. well im sure having a hook through its mouth isnt to comfortable either, but yes ur right its not the best way to hold a fish and like the other guy said about fishing in private lakes. anyone with zero fishing expernce can go to a private lake and catch big bass, so its not really very impressive. maybe if he caught those fish in a high fishing pressured lake, then it would be pretty impressive. but of course people wanna see him catch fish , so theres a better chance of him catchin more and bigger fish in the private lakes
14. do what this guy^^ said.... larger lures that make noise or vibration are better in muddy water... makes it easier for the fish to locate the lure..
