Yea with the weather not warming up and not getring much action around 11 we opted to go to the rim which was pretty stained, and figured warmer down below, but by then I was frustrated. Maybe if I knew the area I would habe stayed but....The rim up near pelican might not have been so bad. I thought about goin up that way too but I was just grumpy and gave up. We didnt even get on the water till probably 830-9.

It stunk! I tried a new spot out of south bay so on top of not knowing the area, it was smoggy, foggy, rainy, and windy as hell. We found a few small fish but got annoyed and left. I also figured it wouldnt be as busy as clewiston where we normally go, but that was only at the ramp. I guess everyone goes in from slims. Sooo 27 was on the way home and we hit that in a new spot at which point 10 minutes on the way out rain came. Then we went south toward some airboat place to try and it followed us lol. So we gave up and went home wet and angry.id The weather forecast was 10-20% around noon which wasnt the case. But yea, most of the time its very good fishing out there. Some fish have began spawning in there already too. Going to make a return down on the next full moon if possible. If

went out a couple times this weekend and got some good ones. this one near my house and the following one punching in lox... the wind was baaad yesterday. only managed to get like 15 fish in the boat all day. My GF and I are goin back out tomorrow hopefully to load some good ones. Don't remember what the first one was caught on, the second was a 1.25oz/rage craw bluebug/5/0 flip hook. No tape measure. Only had my 12" ruler on the floor lol. Oh well.

lol no. I was just bs'n. Maybe a 35lb bag in a whole month if lucky would be more like it. I havent even been allowed to go fishing lately between work and other crap.

yea they have the sk one about$1 cheaper a pack than bass pro, but I dont think they have over 3/4oz.

Heres my only fish to add for the week I got a few days ago.... Went out to Loxahatchee today despite knowing it was going to be tough. The fish were tearing up spinners, but I ran out after these stupid bowfins destroyed them all... and lost a 1.5oz tungsten and trokar hook on one in the salad. It hit like it was a gator, snapped 65lb like nothing. Im starting to hate them as much as snakeheads!!

Omw to lox. Either going to be really good or really bad.

Dude its the spiders! I hate them! Ive been in trees before and ended up with em all over me, been bit on the stomach by a brown recluse.. I really panic if I get into some over hanging brush. I will throw the pole in the water with a 12lb fish on it and jump into alligator infested water screaming like a Little girl before I let a bunch of spiders get on me again lol.

yea.. I mean theres better, but for 80 bucks its great. I got one and liked it and got a second one. It was my fault it broke lifting a fish covered in crap in a hurry because the wind was about to blow us into a tree.

We went out for a bit today and got a few good ones. Was slow though. Some small top water fish and some 3-4lbs salad fish. My girlfriend got her first flipped fish too. I didnt get a picture of my biggest one because I got mad when my 7-6 rod broke when I pulled it into the boat and stopped caring rest of the day, but got one 18.5" ill put up later.
