Fingernails or you could also cut them off with a good pair of side cutters. Wear eye protection. Those little piece can fly anywhere.

I use a Abu Garcia 5600 (old school round reel). Big spool for line capacity and casts a mile

I like to powder paint my flipping & swim jig heads, I don't put the weed guards at the time of the pour, I don't like the way the guards look after the heat from powder paint baking in the toaster oven. Tried to lower the heat but can not get paint to stick to the jig head. What type of glue do you use or is there some other way to powder with the weed guards in the jig? Thanks R E

I've never used that site before. It looks like they have a lot of good stuff. I have been making jigs for a few years and have a blast doing so. Nothing better than catching a bass on your own jigs. Good luck!

Good reel for the money. Thats the only reels I use for crankbaits.

I like the Vendetta better. I've had some problems with guides breaking on some of my Veritas.
