When fishing jerkbait when is the best time to throw one with rattle vs one that is silent? From what I heard is when it's windy and the water is not calm you throw the rattle one vs when the water is calm you throw the silent one. Can anybody confirm this?

Any tips on fishing fast moving river? I can sight the fish but I cant get them to bite. Im not sure what type of fish they are but I am certain that they are spotted bass or large mouth bass because of the black stripe on the side.

In my experience with megastrike attractant the first 30 dab from a newly bought tube is brownish yellow then after that its clear like vaporizing chest rub. Today, idk but i was bed fishing with a zoom lizard and the bass nibble on it that have megastrike attractant on it and didnt come back to hit it as advertise youtube. Perhaps it wasn't hungry or was provoke by it only? Can sanybody explain this?

I can but I can sight the fish where people usually swim at dont know why but the fish likes to hangout right there.

So I went fishing at a pond where people swim and bass are easily spook ... what should I throw to catch em bass? I tried drop shotting robo worm, zoom finesse worm, and 4 inch senko but all of them fail. Any tips?
