Wayne P. you are the man! That's what I'll do. Do you just hook up the pc10 to a 12v battery? Or what's your power choice? THANK YOU

Studying Lakemaster on Computer
Thanks fellas. I'm not interested in dropping another $150 on contour elite. I'll have to kick back in the boat and search away.

Ozarks Help
I'm bringing this topic back up as I leave Friday for the Ozarks. I have rods rigged with 1/2 ounce jigs, top water, jerkbait, wiggle works, drop shot and trig brush hog. I have no idea what's gonna work or where to start. Anyone having luck? This time of year do I try bluffs, docks, brush, etc? Is the spawn done? Thanks fellas, again, not wanting gps points just a general idea to throw a few fish over the side of my boat. Thanks

Studying Lakemaster on Computer
Hey guys, going to a new lake this weekend. It's on my Lakemaster chip. Can I insert the chip into the computer to study the contours or do I have to sit in my boat in the garage and look at the GPS? Personally I like sitting in the boat but my wife wants to spend time with me........

Options besides Ram
Hey guys, just picked up a different boat. I need a mount for my humminbird 858c. Everything I'm seeing is a ram mount for $100. Not excited to drop that much just for a mount. Any other options or brands out there? Thanks

Xpress X19TS
Thanks for the responses. I bought the boat and I'm super pumped to get it on the water. We took it out last Monday and it hauls, 74 on gps. Very impressed with the ride. Love the Evinrude and the 80 lb fortrex pulls it faster then my last fishing boat:)

Xpress X19TS
Hey guys, meeting a guy tomorrow who's selling his xpress X19TS. It's a 2006 with an 2006 Evinrude ETEC 200 hp. Any thoughts, experience or concerns with either boat or this motor? I feel like this boat would haul butt with a 200hp. We're taking it for a drive to test it and check it all over. I like the idea or saving some $ on gas hauling and running this boat with it being aluminum. Are there any downfalls of aluminum besides a little rougher ride? Not planing on taking this boat on anything bigger than a 5000 acres acre near me. Thanks

Ozarks Help
I do have a boat. I'm staying in Osage Beach at the convergence of the Glaize arm. Im willing to trailer and drive to more productive, less boat traffic arms if advised. Sounds like Glaize is less locks but has productive points and brush piles. Others have lots of docks. How about water clarity, sounds like a significant change from 1 arm to the next from what I read.

Ozarks Help
My wife booked a week at a resort on Lake of the Ozarks May 28-June 4. We are staying in Osage Beach near the Glaize Arm. She has a bachelorette party for a few days so I get to fish hard. Any advise for that time of year. Been to the lake 1x but never fished it. Read some articles that talk about water clarity in the different arms but not sure what the clarity is going to be like. I would really like to flip some docks and that sounds like an option. Otherwise, deep 20-25' humps and points with c-rigs, suspending jerkbaits, or topwater first thing in the morning. Just such a big Lake it's hard to pin point a good place to start. Not looking for gps points. You can pm me if you don't want your spots out there. Thanks guys. Super excited to try some new water.

Jerkbait Fishin
Alright, thanks guys. I'll just have to get out and cast. Pumped to try it out, everyone says it's one of the best pre-spawn techniques that I've never really tried.

Jerkbait Fishin
So if they want a 10 second pause and they hit 2 seconds after u snap they'll just be on for 8 seconds before you snap again? This sounds like a dumb question and probably is:)

Jerkbait Fishin
Hey guys, I'm dedicating my pre-spawn to becoming a better jerkbait fisherman. 100% honest I've never caught a bass on a suspending jerkbait. Picked up a couple KVD jerkbaits and rogue jerkbaits. Read lots of articles and videos and guys talk about snapping on slack line and pausing for 10+ seconds between snaps. My question, how do you feel the bite? Or is it a visual, line watching kind of bite or is it just there when you snap?

Xpress, G3, other
Looking at my first decent bass boat to run some tourneys this summer. I'm considering a 19-20' aluminum compared to a 18-19 glass. Glass is heavier to push, heavier to pull and you gotta be more careful around stumps. So why do most guys run glass? Smoother ride, but is it that much smoother? Weight wise, would a 20' foot aluminum be comparable to a 18-19' glass? Kind of looking at the G3 HP 190 or 200 or the Xpress x19 or XP200. Thanks guys

Flipping/pitching rod action
Looking at some different rod options for flipping and pitching and I've been noticing some are fast and some are extra fast action. What do you all prefer? Looking at the daiwa tatula, dobyns fury flip 765, St croix mono bass or st croix rage.

Dual council removal
Anyone ever remove a council from a dual to make a single council boat? Curious how much work it would be? Found a good deal on a dual but really want the space of a single.

another line selection help ?
Not a fan of heavy line with cranks. Limits the depth and they don't run as well . I would think you could attach a leader of 20-25 lb fluoro and be ok.

Only 5 Baits You'd Take To Any Lake
1. Green pumpkin senko 2. Brush Jig. Can flip it or swim it. Trailer is secret. 3. Frog. SPRO or bps Kermy 4. KVD squarebill 1.5 5. White terminator spinnerbait close to making the list include chatterbait, pop-r, Texas rigged ribbon tail worm, jerkbait if it's spring

Seaguar Fluoro
I thought I was set on invizx but have been seeing the seaguar flippin' fluoro. Thoughts on which is better?

Pitchin/flippin leader
I fish pretty dirty or stained water in Iowa. But, looking to hit some very clear water this summer so need to add a leader. Just curious if it can be 1 foot or 3 feet or what.
-
Pitchin/flippin leader
Gotcha, thanks

Pitchin/flippin leader
You need to try a different knot because you've had issues or just want to try something different? Also, how long of a fluoro leader do you use?
